[Resolved]  LPG Indane Gas — Dealers Telephone hardly response

I am a LPG gas consumer, I deal with M/s Pandit Gas service who are the distributor of my area, My problem is when we call for gas booking to the given telephone nos. of the dealer the number hardly reponse, some times we continuously try for a week time and could get our call matured there after, We also tried several time Customer cell service No. of Indian Oil Corpn. of Jaipur, that is also found unanswered. Can I hope any solution of this problem.

I am LPG gas consumer, I deal with M/s Santi gas (Delhi Najafgarh) service who are the distibutor of my area, my problem is after booking they have not supply the gas home delivery. Some time i go to the gas godam sales man tell no stock here. Presentely i book the gas 10 January 2008, today is 22 january, no cylender reach at my home. I request you please solve my problem.

I am a LPG gas consumer, I deal with M/s HARI SINGH Gas service who are the distributor of my area, pH. 25470333, 25476333, 25180333,25186333. My consumer no is 26577 My problem is when we call for gas booking to the given telephone nos. of the dealer the number hardly reponse and all the lines are busy for whole day and some times we continuously try for a week time and could get our call matured there after. If the gas had booked the delivery clerk give time for Ten to Fifteen days for refiled cylinder delivery. In this prosess we got gas within 32 days after booking. when i m in utter surprised then my service porovider ignor my request for early refilling the cylinder. Now please tell us where the consumer stand in India. Can I hope any solution of this problem.
Please do the needful and u r coorporation in this regard is highly apriciated.

My consumer no is 14333 My problem is when we call for gas booking to the given telephone nos. of the dealer the number hardly reponse and all the lines are busy for whole day and some times we continuously try for a week time and could get our call matured there after. I was booked on 1.2.2008 but gas are not received upto date.

I am consumer of Ashu Gas service, rajouri Garden, new Delhi.

NO BODY PICKING PHONE CALLS,Always used to go his shop when 1pm to 2.pm lunch time no body reday to talk. They shut the doors. I will appriciate if you give us any other phone call number and e mail . 99% pepople is harrsed by the agency. The girs sitting always busy with personal phone calls

Hi my name is vivek and i am really upset about the Gas Booking of indane. Now the things are going out from our hands and goverment has to take the serious steps to solve this probelm. I have Booked my Connection No:- 3024 One month later through phone line. Now when i called up and asked the supplier( Masudpur, New Delhi) he completey disagree to provide me the gas. he said that do what ever you want to do i am not going to give you the gas. It's really pathetic for us, when you are ready to pay and nobody is here to listen us.

am LPG gas consumer, I deal with M/s Amrit enterprises(Delhi yamuna vihar ) service who are the distibutor of my area, my problem is after booking they have not supply the gas home delivery. Some time i go to the gas godam sales man tell no stock here.

They never pick the phone when i visit there phones were ringing and nobody is picking the phone. when i asked why are you not picking the phone they said it always ringing what we can do .

When we complaint they said what we can do.

Indian Oil Corporation is having no control over the distributors. they are earning the money by way of blackmarketing and supplying to business organisations in contravention of ioc rules.

LUDHIANA, PUNJAB service who are the distibutor of my area, my problem is after booking they have not supply the gas home delivery. Some time i go to the gas godam sales man tell no stock here. I hear someone they sale a gas cylender with black of Rs.50-100. So please do a against action of this dealer

I am a LPG gas consumer, I deal with M/s North Howrah Gas Agency service who are the distributor of my area, My problem is when we call for gas booking to the given telephone nos. of the dealer the number hardly reponse, some times we continuously try for a week time and could get our call matured there after, As i am servicesholder it is not possible on my part to physically visit their odice and get a number.

Secondally they does not take any booking before 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder hence how it is possible to continue with a same cyclinder for more then 35-40 days. Although i am holding 2 cylinder but no use of it.

So please treat the mtter seriously.

I am a LPG Gas consumer, I deal with' Balasore Gas Agency', Saheed Park Market Building, Cinema Bazar, Balasore ( Orissa) whose distribution code is 89020456 . A phone number i.e.[protected] given by the said Agency for telephonic booking . But when I call for Gas booking to this number, they never pick the phone . So each time I bound to go their shop for booking .
Today also I had gone to their shop after failing telephonic booking and saw a boy sitting there was busy with his personal phone call and nearby phone was ringing once and again . I complained and after a long argument he booked my number and after 10 days Gas can be delivered to me if available . He also abused me and said ' do what ever you want to do, I am not bound to answer you ' .
Each time, I am suffering this type of problems by this dealer and having a single cylinder, I am bound to depend upon hotel for my family . They are not issuing me double cylinder and harashing me to supply Gas in timely .Secondly they does not take any booking before 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder hence how it is possible to continue with a same cyclinder for more then 35-40 days.
In this situation, what can I do ? So please treat the mtter seriously and oblige .

also this is to inform you that i m very tense about this because today is 11 th day of date of booking so please shoot my problem at your end.
I am consumer of Citizen Gas, Alaknanada. I am trying to call the phone since a week but I am getting phone busy all or no service on phone.
I don't know whether agency changed the phone number or not. If he changed than agency has the responsibility to update the consumers.
I am totally agree with all above complaints that agency persons are not responding properly.

LPG gas booking — No Response from the dealer

I have recently [censored]ed my residence from Nanaganallur to Anakkaputher (near pammal).My Indange gas dealer for the Anakkaputher is Ms.Vijaykumar agencies.
i am trying to reach the distributer over phone for the Cylinder refilling there is no response from the distributer for the past 4 days.I am not able to locate the alternate contact number through the website also.

I may have to take half a day leave and visit the Vijayakumar gas agencies for refilling.I am wondering why this kind of response from the gas agencies.

we were talking about the developement of communication technology, but still there are people dosnt bother about the customer needs.
