[Resolved] Mahanagar Gas Mumbai — Incorrect billing for 3 years | |||
I the undersigned am a resident of C-11/6 Godrej Hill Side Colony Pirojshanagar Vikhroli West Mumbai 400079 since May 2008. I was paying my bills regularly under BP [protected] regularly and punctually. All the bills also acknowledge receipts accounted for all the payments made. However from November 2011 my BP number has been suddenly changed to BP [protected]. I have received a bill in November 2011 for Rs. 3931/- and again in December 2011 for Rs. 4336 !! Why has this change of BP been done and why is such huge payment demanded when all my previous bills have been settled with a different BP number? Mahanagar Gas Limited is indulging in a big fraudulent exercise by billing me and taking payment for 3 years with one BP number and now suddenly asking for huge arrears for a totally different BP number. I have all the bills and acknowledgements with me and I want MGL to settle their INEFFICIENCIES at their end and stop harassing honest regularly paying CUSTOMERS like me IMMEDIATELY. I am Kapir Goyal from Tosham Distt. Bhiwani, Haryana. In this connection it is intimated that the Mungipa Gas Service has sold the gas slender in black, so that the customer do not receive the gas and agencies owner blacking slender to sold
