Mahindra Holidays IPO — Refund not Received

Dear Sir,

I have applied for the Mahindra Holidays IPO through ICICI direct against application # 19105560 and I have been allotted 20 units towards my application and refund amounting to Rs 7000 has been dispatched by the registrar directly on July 08, 2009. This is as per information received from the KARVY COMPUTERSHARE PRIVATE LIMITED. But till date i have not recieved any such amount.

Please help me in recovering my balance amount.

I had Applied for Club Mahindra Membership and swaped payment thru Credit Card.But for some reason I decided to cancel the membership as per the provision in the T&C provided.I had opted for membership on 20th Feb and Cancelled on 22nd by way written communication to their Andheri and Chennai office.Despite giving various mails I am yet the receive the cancellation amount to the credit of my account.

This is putting me into lot of mental strain and stress. In this regard I spoke to Ms.Madhu and Gayatri but none of the people have bothered to revert back.

I express my deep anguish and would like you to kindly take corrective steps against such erring companies.

Mahindra Holidays membership is a fraud and a sham . People should not become members. We feel cheated because we have never got any holiday of our choice to any destination . Rooms are always full and we are cheated.
