[Resolved]  Make My Trip — Customer Care Help desk Non Operational

Dear Shantanu, you are very right as i have also tried a number of times trying to reach the customer care officers but I was lucky to get the customer care executive but after a long wait of 15 minutes on an isd line, but the end result is still zero as they were unable to resolve the issues. there are genuine issues of the customers which these big travel website gurus need to take out ways and means to address the issues and put them to bed at the speed they debit our cards.

Everytime we send them a message, there is an automated reply of assurance to get response within 24 hours but its so sad that the response never comes!!
