I have rescheduled indigo flight for 13th october 2018, instead of 19th october 2018.Already 7 days have passed, still i am awaiting to get my flight ticket.Several times i had pinged my problem to customer care, still it has not been resolved now.I am facing hassle and dassel .Please help me out.I have an important work on 13th of october.I need my revised ticket, otherwise cancel it and refund my full amount rs 19468.I trusted your company and facing this kind of harrasement.

I had booked the flight tickets for TAIWAN from DELHI. My journey date is March 15, 2019. But I want to postpone it to February 26, 2019, I tried to reschedule my flight at least 10 times, but all in vain. Please help me in this regard. Mail id used for booking tickets is [protected]@gmail.com
