I want to inform you all that the company MakeMyTrip is a fraud. They take all the money for international trips one and a half months before the trip date. For the visa application, they reached out to us when only three weeks were left. Despite sending all the documents, they keep giving different stories. One person says the visa is under process, while another says they haven't applied for it due to internal issues and suggest we get the visa from other sources.
Today is 12th May, and I have a flight to New Delhi on 17th May early morning, and will be leaving for Singapore on 19th May. I have no update from their end and keep getting different stories every time.
If someone from MakeMyTrip is here please help. I want my 2.25 lakh worth of flight tickets and trip back along with my and my wife’s original passports. We are paying extra money to them to make our life easy, but it’s been a horrible experience altogether.

Please refund my money and return my passport as your company is pathetic, and your customer service is the worst. Your visa team should be in a museum for being the worst service provider ever.
They are taking visa services from another company and do not even have a visa application number, so we cannot track the status of our own visa. At this point, I am not in a position to go on this trip because of the trauma you have caused me. Just cancel everything and return my money. Was this information helpful? |
