Please note bookings for 2 rooms had to be cancelled. I spoke to MMT Exec and the Hotel staff.
In the below mail only one room has been cancelled.
Refund request was raised for 2 rooms.

We stayed only for one night in both rooms.
Check out was on 3rd for both rooms.

I also spoke to the Swathi at the Hotel (Dec 9th)and confirmed that they have issued the refund to MMT.

    I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by MYTRIP India and Scoot Airlines. While staying in Don Mueng, Thailand, I encountered several problems, one of which involved me getting lost. Secondly, the travel company from Jakarta refused to reimburse my money. Thirdly, the hotel I had booked, Nara Cafe and Hotel at Oi Saranakhom 7, Bangkok, Bangkok, 10210, cheated me. Lastly, on the 20th day of my stay in Don Mueng, I was directed to Sleepcase Hotel at 117 Soi Saranakhom 2 Songprapa Rd., Bangkok, 10210, instead of the female bunk bed I had booked at Nara Cafe and Hotel. Upon arrival, I was not provided with a room or locker key, and the room itself could not be locked. In a state of emergency, I had to contact the police to prevent being taken out of the city. Additionally, I attempted to book a flight for December 23rd, but MyTrip informed me that my ticket was non-refundable. Despite my efforts to seek further information on their website, I was unable to do so.

    It is unfortunate that a large airline like Scoot and travel app company MYTRIP India have a policy that is detrimental to their customers.

    While it may be understandable that a ticket cannot be refunded, it is unreasonable not to allow customers to reschedule. it is important to have the flexibility to reschedule in these situations. Consider a scenario where a customer plans a holiday, books a return flight in advance, and then experiences a robbery, illness, or a family emergency. I had to rebook my flight from Don Mueng Airport to Jakarta on December 23, 2023.
    The flight, AirAsia QZ-251, departs at 11:20 a.m. It is bound for Indonesia. This was necessary because my original flight with SCOOT Aircraft from Suvarnabhumi Airport, Thailand, to Soekarno Hatta Airport, Jakarta, Indonesia, with FlyScoot aircraft number TR-617, PNR booking CBGRJQ, did not allow me to change the date. I feel disadvantaged both in terms of time and money. I had to pay 4080 TBH for the flight on the 2 and 5555 Rupiah for the flight from DMK to JKT on the 23, 2023. It was a bad experience. While this amount may seem like a small amount to some, it is quite a lot of a lot of money for others.

      MakeMyTrip not refunding my Money

      I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with MakeMyTrip, I initiated the cancellation more than 15 days ago, and despite the airline promptly refunding the amount to MakeMyTrip on the same day, I have yet to receive my refund.

      Refused to Refund my Money as they committed on Guaranteed Trip Ticket

      Hi Team,

      On 30 Nov 2023 I have booked the train ticket from Pune - Jammu by JHELUM EXPRESS by opting the Guaranteed Trip for three passengers. On 01 Dec 2023 for one of the passengers (Sweta) I have to cancel the ticket partially due to her health condition.

      As per guaranteed trip norms they have to refund the 3X amount to customer if they are not able to provide the confirmed ticket at the time of Chart Prepared.br...

      PNR - U6JYUV. The Gofirst flight has been canceled on 7th May 2023. Despite repeated calls to makemytrip customer care and GoFirst airlines, refund is not credited to passengers. This is a complete violation of consumer rights as my money has been withheld by the travel company for past various months hence putting me under mental trauma and financial burden.

        MakeMyTrip has not refunded towards the cancelled trips to and fro.
        Please refer the attached that clearly states the cancellation timeline.
        I cancelled the flights today and MakeMyTrip did not refund a single penny.

        Their policies and compliance is very disappointing and misleading

        MMT came back confirming that they intend to refund. I went through the same and not satisfied on the refund amount. There is no substantial reason or proof on why they have only refunded 20% of the total amount of ₹31260

            Complaint Regarding Hotel Booking and Refund Policy

            I am writing to formally register a complaint against [Hotel Name] for their unfair treatment and violation of their own stated refund policy.

            On December 11, 2023, I booked a hotel room through the MakeMyTrip app. Unfortunately, I was unable to check in as planned.             My ticket was for date 18th Nov 2023, 6.20pm.

            I tried for partial cancellation at 2.30pm and due to technical fault at MakeMyTrip, I was unable to cancel it.

            Then I called customer care and finally at 2.39pm, I raised a request to cancel. Till now I am waiting for refund. As per make my trip, they didn't work on cancellation request and airline considered it no show. Please help me to get my money back. It has been 20 days, I am waiting for refund.

                They Only focused on getting advance payment and to block the deal Maybe Because of their commission n all idk.
                I approached mmt because it was my first trip. They didn't guide me before about the visa process n all. I would never take this risk by paying almost 3 LAKHS as a advance payment.
                My Schengen visa refused. I told them beforehand that I don't have any experience for this. but they only guide us how to make advance payment successfully. After payment they say visa person will call And I have arranged all the documents as per requirement And Visa refused. And They say it's all our mistake. They took clean chit by saying all this. Not to trust them at all why we need them
                Now I am realising we can do all this by self by booking dummy tickets and vouchers to avoid loss.
                I would say it's a legal way to scam people.

                  I have a Holiday Voucher of Make my trip of 12000/-which has a validity of 12 months, due to some technical glitch the Pin of the card got reset, i have provided them with all the required purchase documents and they have checked that the card is not used, despite of that they are not allowing me to use the card as per the policy .

                    i booked my bus ticket from muzaffarpur to delhi by makemytrip for 28th nov 2023. Eventually i got a text message from them -

                    Your Ticket with PNR:15182 on service:Bihar-Delhi with seat nos:B15 on Bus Time: 14:05 for Journey: 28/11/2023 is cancelled with Refund Amount: 1361.45, Cancellation Amount: 0.0, Cancellation Percentage: 0.0 and Cancellation Date: 27/11/2023 - BITLA SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED

                    But on date of journey, in the app, journey wasn't showing like cancelled and i got the whatsapp update of your bus in now starting and next day i got the message of best wishes for completing my journey, that was never happened as i got the cancellation message.

                    Even after this i raised complaint to inapp customer support but after so many calls and reports they just replied your problem is solved. but i didn't got any single penny from the makemytrip team.

                      I have booked Delhi – Srinagar (10th June 2023) and Srinagar – Delhi (15th June 2023) under PNR DYWB4Q.

                      However, when i visited Goair NCLT proceeding sections, there i found that my PNR no is not reflecting in List of Creditors

                        Not processing refund

                        Booked a room in a resort being fully aware of its no free cancellation policy. Unfortunately there was heavy rain and road slides on the way to the property so we could not make it. Property owner agreed for complete refund and gave email approval to MMT. Its been more than a week and I am not getting proper response from customer care. No refunds yet. Everytime they just say we will call back...

                        Today 28th Nov Around 26 transactions were initiated within 30 minutes through my Amazon Pay Later account, those are fraudulent transactions.

                          Dear MakeMyTrip,

                          I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delay in processing my refund for booking NR[protected] . I booked a Bangalore - Pondicherry PUDUCHERRY EXP / 16573 train ticket on[protected] and subsequently cancelled it on[protected].

                          According to your refund policy, I am entitled to a full refund of ₹4238 within 4 working days from the cancellation date. However, it has been almost one month since my cancellation and I haven't received the refund.

                          I contacted your customer support team on[protected] and was informed that the refund was processed on[protected] to[protected]. However, I have not received any confirmation or received the funds back into my account.

                          I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and delayed processing time for my refund. It's causing me financial hardship and inconvenience.

                          Therefore, I request MakeMyTrip to:

                          Urgently investigate this matter and provide an explanation for this delay.
                          Issue the pending refund of ₹4238 to my original payment method ([protected]@ybl) immediately.
                          Inform me of the expected timeline for receiving the refund.
                          I have attached a copy of the cancellation confirmation email for your reference.

                              My return flight on 2nd of May 2023 from SFO to Bangalore was cancelled by United / Lufthansa airlines. As the United Airlines flights from SFO to Frankfurt were being disrupted on many days during the last week of April 2023 ( these details are available in flight history o[censored]nited Airlines) my flight was cancelled by the airlines without providing any alternative for my onward journey from Frankfurt to Bangalore. Over phone both United Airlines and Make My Trip assured me a full refund of $482 USD or equivalent Indian currency. ( evidence-voice recordings on 29th & 30th of April 2023 ))After making several calls to Make My Trip since May ‘23 finally On 13th of August 2023
                              I received an email from Mr. Arijit De that they need to contact United Airlines and that they will come back to me within 72 hours. Reference number is:[protected]. Now it is nearing 4 months and there is no update on this, and it is more than 6 months the refund is not settled fully. When contacted the airlines they said that we have to contact Make my Trip as we have booked tickets through them. Also Please note flight LH 9053 ( Lufthansa) is operated by United Airlines UA 58

                                This mail is regarding inconvenience caused to me on 09th Nov as I had a booking with ATS Travel bus from Delhi to Lucknow got cancelled just 30 prior to departure and still refund not raised even no compensation made by make my trip on last moment I booked another ticket due to Diwali fare waa skyrocket.
