I have used 3 make my trip gift vouchers to book flight ticket on ai631 from mumbai to ahmedabad on 05.08.2024 and made balance payment of rs.2847/- however, i got a message which is reproduced for reference “flight booking has failed due to temporary technical error. However, we have received the payment and initiated full refund”.
Make my trip booking id is : nf2a99s[protected].

Now i am unable to use the 3 vouchers of rs.2000/- each again to book my travel ticket on the same flight. The screen indicates "avaiable gift card balance is zero"

Please arrange to recredit my 3 gift vouchers amount immediately so that i can book my tickets accordingly.

Please arrange to resolve my query at the earliest.

We had booked leh Ladakh trip for 4 persons by ID No.NL[protected] .Due to health issues 2 people had to cancel. Even after requesting multiple times Make My Trip didn't not accept to cancel or postpone the remaining 2 persons trip. With lot of reluctance we went ahead for the trip, but we had many issues like..
1.The hotel at leh was supposed to be Hotel Himalaya, but on reaching we were allotted Hotel Antelope, which didn't even provide the basic 2 bottles of drinking water.
2.We had arranged Innova Car for the whole trip, but the first two days they gave us a Xylo car. After many requests they gave us an Innova for Nubra Valley trip but the condition of the car was such that the back seat didn't have any seat belt. Travelling in hilly terrain without seat belt is very risky. We were expecting a pleasurable experience, but had to sit in fear.
3.Due to my health condition we decided to cancel the Pangong trip extended our stay at Nubra valley., for which i was charged extra which i was willing to pay and paid also. But the least expected from make my trip was that they refund at least half of the hotel accommodation of Pangong to me.i was disappointed again.
4.Even after asking for the contact numbers of main person in charge i did not get any numbers. Communication was a big issue. I am a senior citizen and i wanted to enjoy this trip, but very sorry to say that even after spending 145152/-there was no peace of mind.

Makemytrip I am writing because of a problem with a recent ticket booking. I booked a ticket for 7th August, but it was issued for 4th August at 4:30 PM instead. This mistake has caused a lot of trouble.

When I asked for a refund, makemytrip refused. I paid ₹900 for this ticket, and I believe this is unfair.

I am asking MakeMyTrip to please look into this and refund my money as soon as possible.

I had Rs.3500 in my MakeMyTrip "my cash" wallet. They allowed only Rs.1400 to be credited back into my account. Even after the cash got debited from the "my cash" wallet, it DID NOT get credited back into my account. When I try to get the remaining Rs.2100 into my account, something goes wrong everytime. They don't have any option to raise a ticket for this purpose and there is absolutely no option to make a complaint. This is an act of fraud.

On 13 july 2024, I tried to book 2 tickets from amritsar to jalandhar for 19 july 2024 on Asr Ndls express. bill was 705 ruppees and I paid it through google pay. as soon as I paid from the app, the tab closed and i did not get any email for booking confirmation so I knew th booking was unsuccessful. then i booked the tickets again and pain the same amount again and this time the seats were booked. but i did not receive any refund for the...

I had cancelled my flight on 8th May and today is 12th June I haven't received the refund yet.
Airline had confirmed me that they have refunded back to MMT on 3rd of June however after multiple follow ups MMT agreed that they have received the amount from Airlines and will process my refund. However I haven't received the refund yet....

I have hired taxi no ka01ae0658 for three days from bangalore to chikmagalur wef 29th june 2024 to 01 july 2024. Through make my trip.
The invoice provided is not correct and of a less amount. I contacted concern many times always same reply that we will revert soon ia a day or two but till date matter not resolved. I have to claim amount from my company but unable to do so only because of your poor service to provide correct invoice for which amount already paid by me.

Hi team, i have written dozen email and trying to get my wallet amount on their app into my account. They are holding my 15532 inr from past 6 months i am trying to get my amount back. Its showing in my wallet account on my id with email [protected]@gmail.com. i have placed couple of emails they have given me reference no.[protected] created recently on 3jul where they acknowledged to refund my amount from wallet to my account....

I am unable to find a delete account option in the makemytrip website. Also I have been trying to delete my account from the app . but for some reason the otp is not even coming to my registered number. This is very frustrating because i have been trying to delete it for hours but you guys dont even have a customer support number to handle these account related situations. I have booked a ticket for San Frasisco to Mexico on 4 th Dec, 2023 unfortunately I could not travel on that day, so after writing to United Airlines and make my trip, I got a credit note that I can make an International Travel within a year thru United Airlines. I made a booking at Hotel Central Inn, Dibrugarh for 22-23 May, 2024 through the Make my trip app. After the stay the app asked for a review about the stay. I didn't know that they were going to publish it on the app. Now I want them to remove/delete the review under the name of Abinash Gogoi from the app ASAP.

My Complaint is regarding My Booking Id is NF7Y4Q8F3437PUVM5932 which was for Trivandrum to New Delhi on[protected].

Two Tickets were booked, One in the name of Mr. Kiran Shrestha and another in the name of Mrs. Roshni Shrestha. Due to official reasons Mr. Kiran was not able to travel on[protected] so, I contacted MakeMyTrip for the same before the journey and they told me "Open to use" option is available for Mr. Kiran's ticket which means he can travel anytime within 12 months with the same ticket by paying the difference amount which can be done by calling customer care and avail the facility.

On 14 May 2024 Tuesday, I called MakeMyTrip to avail the facility and spoke with Mr. Lilit Punj to book Mr. Kiran's tickets from Trivandrum to New Delhi Air India on[protected] at 06:10 AM. He provided me with information that I have to make the payment of Rs.3550/- for date change and other charges. The link for payment was sent to me on my mail id (Screenshot attached for your reference) and I made the payment of Rs.3550/- for the same.(Screenshot of Payment attached).

Based on that booking, I booked another ticket for myself for Rs. 9235/- from Trivandrum to New Delhi on[protected] at 06:10 AM.

I waited the whole day but I didn't receive the ticket of Mr. Kiran Shrestha even after paying Rs. 3550/- so, I have been calling customer care for the last two days and spoke with Mr. Himanshu. He told me to provide a resolution and he is working on it but I didn't receive any resolution. He told me that the team is going to call back but nobody called. Instead I received an email stating my number was not reachable. I clearly told them to contact me on [protected] still nobody contacted and closed my Service request with providing me the ticket.

Again I called MakeMyTrip and spoke to Mr. Krishna Kant (Floor Supervisor). who asked me to pay more i.e. Rs. 1800/- to get the tickets.

Daily from the past 2-3 days, I have been calling Customer care of MakeMyTrip to get my ticket for like 1.5 hrs but these people are only telling me that they will call back and escalate my issue and then later on they send me mail that My number was not reachable.

It is requested from the team to either provide me the ticket of My Booking Id NF7Y4Q8F3437PUVM5932 for which I had already paid 3550/- or else provide me with the full refund amount of Rs.12, 785/- (Rs.3550/- for Booking Id NF7Y4Q8F3437PUVM5932 + Rs. 9235/- based on above booking I booked another ticket also)

I want the team to do the needful at the earliest.

I am Nitesh Kumar and i booked a online bus ticket from Jhansi to Rewa on dated[protected] by Make My Trip who's, booking ID no is NU[protected].But due to bus is not reaching at Jhansi at my picking point, so i call to bus owner mobile no [protected] and talk to him he said due to election bus is not come at picking point so you cancel the booking and amount will be refund with in 5-6 working days.But payment not received yet. I also mark complain mail to MMT but they don't provide the any support. Now bus owner not co-operating or not refund my payment,

We would like to bring it your notice and seek resolution for the same,

My father had booked their return ticket (GoAir flight from pune to Bangalore) as the flight was cancelled at the last minute, they (senior citizen couple) had lots of difficulties in terms of making last minute alternate arrangements, both intern additional expenses and mental agony.

Over all these they have been regularly following up for the refund of GoAir tickets. He is not getting any response neither from GoAir nor from MakeMyTrip.

I have tried speaking to one of your call centre executives, to understand the gravity of the situation. The was a bit rude and clear that MMT will only refund flight fare only if they receive refund and disconnect the call.

We had booked flight tickets, considering the genuineness / real-ability of MMT, however the current MMT response is like a local / individual travel agency.

We seek some resolution towards the long pending refund of cancelled flight fare of ~Rs.7, 000/-

However, my humble request and suggestion is that you can refund to provide full refund to regular genuine customers, especially like my father who is a retired pensioner with limited resources travelling and use your site to book all his travel needs.

Makemytrip is a NASDAQ listed company with a market cap of 7.89 Bn and one of the leading travel companies in India; can easily provide refunds to a MMT regular / loyal customer and retired veteran with a monthly pension of Rs.36, 000/-.

If not a cash refund, you can provide him with an MMT Coupon, as your net refund amount can be further subsidised for your books (considering your net cost of refund post deducing the subsequent travel trip).

I need to remove a review which I accidentally added recently because I don't feel good to review any hotels.

On 2nd May 2024 booked a round trip from Bengaluru to Guwahati and Guwahati to Bengaluru, where Bengaluru to Guwahati is partially confirmed but Guwahati to Bengaluru got Failed by Airline or Make My Trip side and Till toady (6th May 2024) the amount is not refunded by make my trip and customer service is not at all help full and no status.
