[Resolved]  Make My Trip — bills not provided

I have availaed a 4days 3nights package tour from make my trip people for which i paid them 13,000 rupees . out of which 11000 by cash and 2000 by bank tarnsfer. Now i ma aksing for the bill but those people are not at all responding. Before booking there agent was calling me daily and asking what i need and promised me a lot of thing but now when i asked for the bill only for the conveyance only they are not ready to give it. The same person is delaying the thing and not responding to my mail.
