[Resolved]  Makemyhobby.com — items not received after making payment

makemyhobby.com — ORDER NOT RECEIVED EVEN AFTER 3 MONTHS

i have order live fishes on 14.03.2011 vide invoice no 10133, and this people are not bothered to reply nor give any update for the same, i had placed another of live plants on 23.04.2011 and the status is still the same, this people are the worst people on the whole universe to do business, they should be banned for this kind of service, they dont have any phone no nor their live chat people are there to revert back to our queries, DON'T WE HAVE ANY LAW FOR SUCH KIND OF RIDICULOUS PEOPLE.

makemyhobby.com — order got cancelled but payment not refunded

i had made a purchase through pay pal and the transaction was made and the money credited into makemyhobby.com next day i received a mail from makemyhobby.com stating as follows,

The comments for your order are: It is clearly given on website, you cannot order fishes by PayPal.

Your order has been updated to the following status:
New status: Canceled
but when contacted pay-pal people they say the amount got credited into makemyhobby.com people so my humble request is that either credit my money back into my account or please transact my order and give me a date because its already late.

I agree to your complaint - and after 1 month of ordering from them (order # 8026) - I think they believe in cheating and fraudulent practices.

I would advise you to become a bit more active on the internet and post a lot of complaints about MMH - this ways we will atleast save a lot of people from being cheated by them.

Also if you feel the need to initiate a legal complaint against them, contact me as I plan to do the same if my order is not delivered / refunded within the next 1 week.

my order no: 8974 ihave paid dd through indian bank i have send dd through normal post because in post office they said that to po.box 1374 their is no speed /regesterpost service i have posted on 18/10/2010 but i have not recive any confirm message so please check

makemyhobby.com — Suspended account after receiving payment

Hi,
Made two purchases of aquarium freshwater fish and decorations from www.makemyhobby.com a Hyderabad based company dealing in aquarium products on[protected] and[protected] for a total amount of about Rs. 4000/- Payment was made by NEFT to a bank account intimated by the website through an email. Today when I tried to login at www.makemyhobby.com the site would not open and I got the message 'THIS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED' The only way to contact them is through an online 'Contact Us' form or chat but the site does not open. I cannot make any enquiries about my product or contact any person because I am blocked from the site. Have I been cheated? How can I get a refund?
