While booking my ticket on MMT through my mobile, after giving the credit card details i got the message "sorry for the inconvenience, your payment could not be fulfilled successfully". So thereafter I went and made my booking on internet. To my surprise I have now got confirmation of both the bookings on my email. On talking to your customer care, no positive response has been recieved. The bookin ID of ticket booked thro' my moblie is FLTM[protected], and the other one booked thro' internet is FLT[protected].
I request you to kindly cancel the ticket ID - FLTM[protected] and refund the entire amount to my credit card a/c, since the error is from yr end thro' your website. Was this information helpful? |
