I booked a ticket on Makemytrip.com on 28th Sept 2009, due to their problem they cancelled the ticket on 30th sept. and I got the cancellation ref no on the same date on phone but I recieved the mail on 6th Oct 2009. In that mail the cancellation date was also mentationed ie 6th Oct. I am still wating for the refund. More surprise is that no one is answering my calls.
I do not know what to do?

Hi,

Here is my hotel booking id: NH[protected]..We have booked 3 superior rooms (Hotel Charing Cross, Ooty) through make mytrip. We were supposed to check in at 11-may-2013 at 12PM. I called them and informed we will check in between 5PM to 6PM. They said okay for it. When we were checking in at 5PM they said 3 superior rooms are not available, and they were ready to give 2 executive rooms instead. When we asked for the reason, they asked us to check with MakeMyTrip. which was really not fair. They didn't even provide extra beds. How can 3 couples get adjusted in 2 rooms. Our trip was completely spoiled.. We really couldn't do anything except agreeing for all their non sense conditions.

When i wrote to makemytrip, they said they would refund the full amt.. It never happened..

It never happened.. After couple of days my booking status say "reconfirmed".. When i wrote to customer care again nobody is replying back..

    I was made an air ticket booking on 07.10.2009 of through Make My Trip from Mumbai to delhi & Mumbai return and they are offer to RS 5588/= at the time of booking i was accept the offer & immediate made the payment of RS 5588/= for booked the sits in favor of my brother in law under the name of MR ISRAR BAIG vide Make My Trip Booking ID FLT [protected] dt: 07.10.2009 but till today i just received only DELHI TO MUMBAI (on 27.10.2009) ticket from them by IC 602 but still i m waiting about MUMBAI TO DELHI by IC 605 (on 20.10.2009) & i was made lots of calls to Make My Trip Toll Free NO:[protected] and booked my complaint on 08.10.2009 under the reference no: IN0910R0023114 & Officer was informed me on 08.10.2009 Max in next 24hours i'll get the mail of e- ticket but till now i cant get any reply phone or e.mail or Mumbai To Delhi ticket from them.

    Therefore, May I request to your good self please help me in this matter & manner.

      Dear Sir,
      I need to go to Hyderabad on 4th October for my Exam which is conducted every year. But due to make my trip negligence and no support from Indigo I was unable to go to Hyderabad and i need to wait fro full one year to go for exam again. But of this their is huge financial and mental loss occur to me. Kindly arrange for compensation from the company , I can provide all the relevant document in this regard.

      Jist of case:-
      My self A Suresh Babu, booked one e ticket through my relative Mr Pankaj on 3rd October from Make My Trip. from Bangalore to Hyderabad Indigo 6E-351, Booking ID FLT[protected] Rs 6988.00. After one hour of booking when I had not received my e ticket i contact to customer service of make my trip about the same, but service executive told that some problem was their and she had esclated the my complain and i will received the e ticket with in an hour , and confirm that I can leave from Bellary to catch the flight next morning from Bangalore. Accordingly I left from Bellary and ask my relative Mr Pankaj to follow for the same as i will not be get in touch with them while traveling from Bus. Mr Pankaj call their custom care number from 10 pm to 7 am morning but it was always make him in Que and no executive attained his call. I can provide the telephone bill in this regard. He wait in IVR for more than 1 hour, I can show the bill.

      About 7.30 am in the morning Mr Pankaj call to indigo airline help line number in turn they cancall with make my trip customer care and Mr Bhupendra executive at make my trip say sorry for the mistake and ask that he can't do any thing , since no seat was their in the flight I am not allow to board on the flight. Due to system error your ticket was booked but no E ticket was generated. And assure to arrange for something.

      I try to get some help from indigo staff from airport but they simply refuse that in their database my ticket was not booked and their are no seats available so they can not do any thing. i try to contact other airline but either all are full or seats are available in evening flight which was of no use for me as my exam start at 2pm on 4th October.

      Because of make my trip mistake i am unable to give my exam, and with their assurance I left from Bellary to Bangalore or would had taken bus from Bellary to Hyderabad.

      I need strict action to be taken against these company and better compensation should be provided to me in this regard.

      Also suggest where i can complain against them which cause waste of my entire year.

        I have very bad experience to share with you. I booked bus tickets on 25th Sep 09(Mumbai to Hyd in Neeta travels -BUS[protected]) and also on 4th Oct 09(Hyd to Mumbai in konduskar travels -BUS[protected]).

        As known truth, bus fares were increased to almost double the amount on these two days due to dusera festival season. As I booked these tickets well before i got them for normal price using your site. I was very happy as I got the tickets with ease and at affordable prices.

        But both the bus operators realised that fares got increased and cheated everyone who booked tickets well before at normal price by cancelling the old bookings and sold the same tickets at incresed price to others.

        The bad thing was that it was informed to me just 2days before my journey dates, I had to re-plan and pay extra money to get the tickets.

        Out of all these, Make my trip was helpless. They dont have any control on operators. My concern is that by seeing their reputation, we book the tickets and if they dont look into issues like this, whome we can ask for help. Operators were just simply asking us to check with make my trip.

        My suggesion is please dont encourage the cheaters, research and provide only the genuine and good operators in your site.

        After facing such a problem, I never think o[censored]sing make my trip for booking any kind of tickets. As I am out of my city and am a bachelor I have to go to my home town atleast once in a month.

        You will loose a regular customers like me because of cheating operators. Please remember.

          I booked a flight ticket on 7th of september through makemytrip.com and i cancelled the same ticket on 8th of september because the travel date was 8th of september. When i am checking the refund status through makemytrip.com website, its showing that->Expected refund process completion date is Fri, 18 Sep '09, which is already over. Then also i awaited for 2-3 days, and then i called to customer care of makemytrip.com on 22nd, the person on phone said that he is updating the cancellation once again and i will get my refund amount within 3 days(48 hours). On 23rd of september i received a message as well as a e-mail and it's written that refund amount will be processed in next 10 business days, immediately i call to customer care of makemytrip.com and i asked the person that what is going on--> i said like yesterday(22nd september) when i call to customer care, the person said it will take 3-4 days and now this mail says something else.Then he said, sir it will take 3-4 working days and you will get your refunded amount.
          Again i called on 24th then also the same story, that refund amount will be refunded to you within 3-4 days and i am updating the cancellation again. I had spended lots of money by calling these makemytrip.com people.
          They are really harashing me like anything. I booked my ticket through my credit card on 7th of september and the ticket amount is already generated in this month statement and now i have to pay the whole ticket amount to my bank on or before 30th of september. I thought that it will take 10 days to get the refunded amount and i need not to pay the whole ticket amount to my bank.
          And now if they will not refund my money back before 30th then i have to pay the whole ticket amount to my bank and its really a trouble for me. If i will not pay my ticket amount to my bank on or before 30th of september then i have to pay the interest for that amount and also it can affect my goodwill and my credit rating to bank which is not good for me because i am a very good customer to my bank, i make all my payments before the due date.

          I fully agree with you and I suggst that we should inform as many people to stop usign this website for booking . They are not refunding the amount for tickit which is cancelled by their mistake . It is more than two months now. And every time I calll them they are sayign that the refudnwill be processed.

            On 6th sept, 2009 evening arround 9' o clock I was booking ticket for my brother in law
            Mr. Hrishikesh Dewan for 07th Sept, 2009 morning 06:30 Go air flight from Mumbai to Bangalore and i gave email address for confirmation and e ticket delivery hrishikesh.[protected]@gmail.com and contact no. of my brother in law as [protected] to recieve confirmation SMS. after fulfilling all the formalities i did payment through My SBI account [protected] and checked for the same account online and found Rs 3064/- deducted for this booking however make my trip never sent any confirmation for the booking. till date i have send many querries through mail for which i have not recieved any convincing reply and also on there call center no. there is no one to reply to these querries.. I see my self duped of Rs 3064/- and trust i had on this site making my trip bookings. Please look in to the matter and help me get justice as a consumer.

              Sir, In actually I have to browse www.makemytrip.com for rail ticket booking today but i don't have got my ticket right now ,after that i just tried to Toll Free from all Major Operators[protected],Toll Free from BSNL & MTNL[protected] but neither take response nor help of any type i still tried to P.N.B. toll free no. to further details of my account which has reduce by of 350/- as cost of rail ticket booking and unable access this site because of deliver an error message "OOPS, an unknown error occurs". I was booking from Swatantrata S Exp. boarding at Ghazipur City to New Delhi on 20th Oct.2009.
              So, please kindly take action against (this failure process, loose communication gap and money loss) on www.makemytrip.com. Please deliver positive response on my favor.

                I Booked flight Jammu to Delhi on 16/09/2009. My Booking ID is FLT[protected], I was regularly contact with customer care nos on the booking day. they ask me ticket is not book for some technical error. and your amount will refound to you. in this regard they provide me a Ref. N. IN0909R0046314 talk with MR. HITESH, but till date no refound reflect in my acount.

                My wife Sheetal had her Makemytrip booking for Jet Airways on 03.11.2009 from Newark (U.S.) to Mumbai, which we canceled in last week of October directly with Jet upon advise of Makemytrip Tele-Executive. After I canceled the ticket, Makemytrip could not find my records in their Database to advise the refund process. They asked me to get the records from Jet Airways, which I did to co-operate with Makemytrip in order to make the process speedy. After supplying them information received from the jet, I got messages from their executives by emails (2 or 3 of them), from [protected]@makemytrip.com, that refund is in process.

                After a while, Makemytrip suddenly stopped communicating from [protected]@makemytrip.com and their tele-executive say they can not trace my tickets or any records. I have used Makemytrip for some 7 India-U.S. tickets in last two years, still their behavior is very rude. They feel if they keep on avoiding
                me, I will give up on money.

                I want to file the suit for damages. I have all email communications as proof, in addition to cancellation proof from Jet airways.

                  I made an online return ticket booking under the ID FLT[protected] (amount Rs14398)on Sep17th at about 5.45 pm. Due to some ‘communication failure’ I wasn’t provided with any PNR number or status, neither did I receive a call from the customer care as promised on the website. This leaves me with no option to make any other booking as I don’t know if the current ticket is confirmed or not.

                  After repeated calls and speaking to numerous customer care excecutives till into late ours afermidnight and being promised that the matter will be looked into with utmost urngency, that our call will be returned in half an hour etc, noone called me to resolve the matter. I am writing this at this odd hour of the morning, not knowing if I will be able to board my flight at 10 am or be able to make an alternative booking.

                  I think this is extreme irresponsible behaviour on the part of not just customer care but also senior management which conveniently stays away from the scenes. Whom is a customer supposed to contact in such events? Your 24 hour customer care numbers are never picked up and customers are harassed by being put on hold for long hours and then the calls are cut only to be put to a new excecutive who asks for the entire story to be repeated n number of times.

                  I am on the verge of suffering heavy losses if I miss my flight and will take this matter up with utmost seriousness. Kindly respond to this with the urgency it warrants. I have made numerous hotel and flight bookings on Makemytrip and am enraged by the situation.

                  Hi,

                  I booked the ticket from cochin to bangalore and return. My money got deducted and no ticket.

                  I have sent 3 mails to customer service. Only getting an auto reply each time that it will be replied. 2 days gone but still no progress. Calling customer care only auto answering machine is replying. Don't know whether I will get the money back or no. This should be taken case if make my trip is planning to have a long term stand at market. Can any body pass me the number where I can contact the makeMyTrip members...

                    This mail is to bring to your kind attention the severe inconvenience suffered by me and my wife due to our flight bookings through Makemytrip.

                    We booked our travel through makemytrip - booking numbers are 3TU22B and 3TU22D.

                    The initial confusion was created due to the inadequate information on the E-ticket. The E-ticket referred to our flight as being an Emirates flight, whereas it was a Jet operated flight so we were shuttling between terminal A and C at the Mumbai airport.


                    It took about 30 mins to clarify this confusion, even your helpline people were confused about the status of the operating flight.

                    Further the authorities at the Mumbai airport told us that there was a mistake in the booking and that we would not be able to travel on that ticket.

                    They told us that there wasnt any booking for the eticket number for the 29th and the ticket number was showing as invalid on their system. I have attched a print out which the official from Mumbai gave us to prove that makemytrip had made a mistake in the booking which caused the delay due to which we missed the flight o Dubai.

                    The official from Jet had told us that he could arange for us to travel to Dubai on a jet ticket, if we could get the journey from Dubai to Boston confirmed from United.
                    I called on the makemytrip India number and they said they could not do anything for us and that there was a separate department handling this who would call us in a few hours. However, we were at the airport with no cellphone in India. They gave us a number for United Airlines in Mumbai which we called. However, no one answred those numbers.

                    Then, I called the makemytrip US number and talked to Malcolm, who was extremely unhelpful. He told us that there could not be anything done. We asked him if he could somehow arrange for a new ticket or at least put us on a different flight from Dubai to Boston so that we could avail the flight which Jet would provide to us to Dubai. But he said we will have to pay $1500 for each ticket again. He was extremely rude and said he could not help us at all.

                    Ultimately, we had to buy fresh tickets at the Bombay airport from Delta airlines. These tickets werent easy to get as well and we had to wait till everyone else checked in to know if there were seats available for us. We paid $690 per ticket.

                    I request makemytrip to reimburse the entire amount of 1400 of our tickets including overseas calls to makemytrip US office. Please get back to me as soon as you can with your answer.

                    Available documents to prove our case:

                    1. Document given by the official in Mumbai (which are missing eticket number and which cause the confusion)
                    2. Proof of purchase of fresh tickets from Delta
                    3. Transcript of the chat with a rep regarding this issue
                    4. Makemytrip ticket with misleading ticket information.

                    Kindly note that your transaction was unsuccessful on the MakeMyTrip website. This means that no money was debited by MakeMyTrip from your account.

                    It is possible that your bank has blocked the amount but not deducted it from your account. In this case, the bank will auto-reverse the money to your account between 7 and 14 business days. For further follow up on this, you will need to contact your bank directly.

                    MakeMyTrip has not received any payment for your transaction.

                    Make My Trip — Inefficient Service

                    Hi

                    On 27th January 2010 I booked my onward and return journey ticket from Bangalore to Mantralayam road using makemytrip . After the payment of money, for booking of railway ticket, the tickets were not booked due to a some technical error on makemytrip end, but the amount for ticket was deducted from my bank account. I have been contacting them for last 5 days, they tell me to send my bank statement. Next day when I call them they say they have not received the mail or the bank statement should be in PDF format , etc . I have not received any sort of communication from them till date. What shoul I do

I am really surprised that this company is considered good.
                      and when I call them to book a new flight as international traveler " Oh there is someone answering my phone immediatly and then telling me that this department it different." I wish there was an office of this company where I live. I really would have made sure that there is lock by court unless they resolve my problem.

                      Bottom line comes first: Stay away from this crap.

                      I booked. It went through entire process online. Gave me booking number, details and says in 30 minutes I will get confirmation. Hour, 2, 3, no confirmation. No support number works. Agents transfer at random. Language problem. Local offices clueless. Pathetic IVR. Can't take new bookings on phone. Never ending loop. What a day!!!!!

                      Stay with your local agent.

                      MakeMyTrip.com is a crap company. Stay way again.

                        After going all the way to the payment screen with approximately Rs. 8000 for two tickets from Cochin to Bombay, I was billed Rs. 13,000. As I was in a hurry, I did not notice that. Only when I received the SMS did I realize the fraud activity. Even today, Kingfisher and makemytrip.com claim Rs. 8000 for two tickets. Referring it to customer service is useless as they claim that the amount was 13,000. I wonder how they are allowed to operate when they employ such bait-and-switch activities so blatantly. Polling the internet, it appears that this trend has been going on for 2-3 years now.

                        I booked an trip air ticket on 3.2.2010 with booking ID of FLT[protected] for travel from Chennai to Kolkotta (IC 766) on 6th February 2010. The total charge was Rs.6033. However, my bank account was debited twice i.e. Rs.6033 + Rs.6033 for the same booking. I request you to kindly verify the above overcharging and credit back to my bank account No.[protected] for Rs.6033 immediately.

                        I booked an trip air ticket on 3.2.2010 with booking ID of FLT[protected] for travel from Chennai to Kolkotta (IC 766) on 6th February 2010. The total charge was Rs.6033.                           Dear sir,
                          I have booked my flight from Kolkata to Bhubeneswar Booking ID FLT[protected] through Make My Trip Portal by paying Rs. 3, 032.

                          I boarded the Jet lite flight but flight could not land at Bhubeneswar & had come back. No alternate arrangement was made & We have been told that Full Refund will be made through Make My Trip.

                          I contacted Jet lite (Ms Roshni at Call Centre), who said that Make My Trip has to act.

                          I made a complaint to Make My Trip where I contacted Mr Prashant Vadera who said to to submit the refund voucher in original through email, which was also submitted 2 months back.

                          The Refund has not been released till date.

                          Can this Web site help me..

                            I booked a air ticket through make my trip.com of paramount airways on 28.07.2009 from guwahati to agartalla which costed Rs. 3154.00 but this flight was cancelled from paramount airways and they confirmed me that the entire money of cancelled ticket will be refunded within a week time. But till date no money is refunded. On verification to paramount airways i came to know that from their end they refunded this money to make my trip's account. But during conformation with make my trip they suggested me to check the payment status in their website with booking id when i entered the booking id the system denied any claim. The details of the ticket is mentioned below with this complain. please take this matter seriously and take necessary action in order to resolve my problem.

                              I had booked my eticket from makemytrip to travel to Jaipur from Chennai to Mumbai to Jaipur and on the eticket they captured my name wrongly as VIJUJOHN JOHN instead of Biju John i was clear when i told them on booking they also accepted the mistake. my booking was done on the 20th of august for flying on 24th. I found the mistake as soon as i received the eticket called them back and told them to correct it but they asked me to cancel it and rebook it with the cancellation charges. Feels like they care just for commissions and not customer service. I have attached the eticket below...

                                I booked a return ticket from Delhi to Milwaukee (23 Aug’09) and back from Chicago to Delhi (7 Sep’09) in Continental Airlines through Makemytrip.com.

                                The agent Parabjit Singh at Makemytrip quoted me a price of Rs. 132, 000/- for the return ticket. However I kept insisting him that the price showing in their website is far much lower than his quote. It was around Rs. 88, 000 for the same airlines and itinerary on their website. He told that these are fake prices showing only prima facie to attract customers, and they will be corrected in 5 minutes. Avoiding the risk of getting my card debited just to test the fares I confided in him and requested to book the ticket at Rs.132, 000/-. I had faith that the person sitting across is thinking of customer satisfaction.

                                My faith was completely broken the next day when I browsed makemytrip.com once again to check the fares. The fares which I was guaranteeing the other day were still the same at around Rs. 88, 000/- and nothing changed at all. I was cheated by Rs. 45, 000 just by trusting the agent / travel consultant at makemytrip who overcharged me the previous day.

                                Just to cross check if they are fake prices, I made a fresh booking at makemytrip, this time some new caller picked up the phone. He got the same itinerary booked for me at Rs. 88, 000/- and then I asked to call Parabjit on line and let me know why did he overcharge so badly for the same ticket. But he hung up the phone. Sent a mail to them immediately, but there is no reply.

                                Thereafter I contacted Continental Airlines directly and managed to get the receipt of the ticket which makemytrip had booked from Continental for me….believe it or not below is the factual data.

                                Finally I got my ticket cancelled from makemytrip (Despite their high deduction charges of Rs.8600) and booked it directly from Continental Airlines on their number:[protected]the number routes to Houston, but the callers are charged at local rates)

                                Following lessons learnt:

                                Please do not trust makemytrip.com / they can cheat you anytime and they have a plethora of stories to concoct.

                                Book tickets directly on the Airlines website it may at times be marginally high, but you will have a peace of mind that you have not been cheated in some or other forms.

                                Stay away from makemytrip and similar travel agencies. They make profits by marking up price over and above airlines’ basic rates….which is recovered from innocent customers. They are complete eye washers….trust the fact.
                                My brother booked a ticket from Frankfurt to Chennai for the journey date 15.12.2009. At the out set makemy trip website had shown the fare as 35 K. So proceeded with the booking. After the entire booking was over he received a mail that his credit card was charged with 46K. On 7th he immediately lodged a complaint which was lethargically handled by make my trip services. since then I am following up with them to get the refund of extra amount charged to my brother's ticket . My brother's ticket b ooking ID is FLTINT[protected]. But I am not going to leave this buggers. If I don't get the refund amount I am going to pull these people to consumers forum.
                                i totally agree with u that make my trip is a cheat

                                  I booked two tickets for Mumbai from makemytrip on 17th of may for INDOGO AIRTILES.I recieved a message from makemytrip that 8120 ruees has been deducted from my account. but i did not receive any PNR details from makemytrip. When i called them for this, they informed that there is no booking fo rme. I questiond them then, that how did you charge me when there is no booking. They informed that the booking was not confirmed from airline side. I then told that how can you charge me if there is no booking.

                                  They told me that i need to buy a new ticket and they will refund my money later.

                                  I HAD TO SUFFER A LOT OF PUBLIC HARRASSMENT AND TRAUMA as i was running on the airport running to find cheaper airtickets. then i went to Indigo airline counter. they informed that i have a booking for mumbai.


                                  I informed this to MAKEMYTRIP, they said that they need to talk to their technical team. thier responses were very delayed and pathetic responses.

                                  then i told them that i will go to the consumer court against them.

                                  I want a compensation from MAKEMYTRIP for this behaviour(providing wrong information and lack of service)

                                  MakeMyTrip — They did not deliver the trip vouchers after taking the money from me

                                  I have paid makemytrip Rs 7000 for holiday vouchers and dinning card but they did not deliver the stuffs to my address. They were supposed to deliver it within 25 days but even after more than a month they did not deliver. No one is responding to my mails from their side. My transaction ID is 8288708

                                    Hello, Add me to the long-list of the miserables who've used a Credit Card on MakeMyTrip.com & paid twice. On 16th June, I tried booking a ticket on Mumbai-Riyadh-Mumbai sector on makemytrip.com for 18th travel date. I was happy at the fares shown on makemytrip.com website as they were the cheapest. I was using a friend's (Mr Virendra K.)credit card trying to complete the booking. However, the site wouldn't take my booking citing problems with the credit card. Naturally, I gave up, But, soon as I received a call from their call centre (they must've gotten my details from the form I filled on their page). One Mr Avi Jain asked me why I abandoned purchase of the ticket & offered help. When I complained that the site was turning down the credit card, he asked us to try again. When that failed, I requested him to send me the ticket offline; i was willing to pay cash. He blocked the ticket & I was directed to their MIDC, Andheri office to pay in cash & collect the ticket the next day. I repeatedly enquired whether they'd still charged the Credit Card & he denied saying the transaction has not gone through.

                                    Since the fare was cheap, I dashed to their Andheri office the next day morning. I met one Ms Sangeeta Jadhav who completed the transaction & gave me my ticket for 18th June. Their booking ID is IN0906B04541 I was so enamored that I offered to send them a complimentary email for their good service, which I did.

                                    But, little did I know that my nightmare had just begun. When I came back from Riyadh, my friend called me to inform that makemytrip.com still charged the Credit Card with the full ticket amount. I was aghast. When I called Ms Sangeeta Jadhav in their Andheri office, she pointed out that this was routine system error & all I needed to do was send them a fax of the statement to reverse the charges. And then makemytrip.com's true colours started unfolding.

                                    I must've send 10 faxes, but on every call after that they claimed that no fax was received, inspite of we having a Fax sent confirmation. Then we sent the scan of the Credit Card statement. Again, none was received & whenever they received it, it was not opening.

                                    After too much pestering, their Gurgoan call centre asked to send the details now to their Gurgaon office. Again all the faxes sent were not received & their telephones just kept ringing away. I kept blasting away emails threatening to complain to consumer forums but nothing worked. All I kept getting was canned service emails repeatedly asking to send the statement scans again.

                                    Just on curiosity, I googled Makemytrip.com for consumer complaints & what do I find? They are notorious for this double-charging, snagging credit card details, cheating on refunds & what not! No wonder the consumer forum complaint did not work on them; this is their business model - double charge & loot whichever unsuspecting guy happens to give them their Credit Card details.

                                    Honestly, I don't know if I'll ever get back my money. The next credit card statement has come in with interest levied on their previous amount. I hope to get justice & money back. Also, I want to know if there is a way to punish & shut down fraud companies like MakeMyTrip.com.

                                      Dear All,

                                      I purchased a International Ticket from Make my trip guys. on 9.5.2009 but my travel date is 28th august only. i bought well in advance, unfortunately i would like to change my travel dates pls. note i bought ticket from them Bangalore - Las vegas - Bangalore for 52, 292/= only.

                                      For changing travel date they ask first 34690 !!! the amount is very very high for date change even though i agreed for that amount and debit the money from my credit card, one day later they called me and told if we want to amend the changes completely still you have to pay another 15, 000/= because of taxes changed !!!

                                      I said no, you don't want to make any amendments in my travel date pls. keep as it is old date and refund the amount which you debit in my credit card 34690/=.

                                      Meantime i spoken with British airways guys and United airlines guys they said we will charge only 3400/= for date change, but they could not do because Make my trip guys not at all giving the rights to change the date by Airline people., they give all the information / Rights to airline people only before two days of Departure !!!

                                      Until that they will hold the ticket / Information by them. and if passenger comes for any amendment they want to charge anything like that and making fool !!!

                                      So instead of booking Make My Trip may be directly we can book with airlines means if we wish, want to make any changes they will charge very cheap and also they will allott more mileage what they airline people are selling.

                                      Make my trip guys allott to customer Monkey class only for that we will get poor mileage and the same if we book with airline website directly means we will get good mileage.

                                      SO GUYS NOT TO PREFER MAKE MY TRIP FOR FLIGHT TICKET.

                                        My waitlisted ticket couldn't get confirmed & i'd to buy an ordinary fare ticket in eleventh hour & took a reservation from TC office with penalty charges.

                                        Normally when a waitlisted e-ticket is not confirmed the money is credited back to the respective account with nominal deductions when it is booked through IRCTC.

                                        MMT books the ticket in association with IRCTC but i didn't recieve any refund till date.
