MakeMyTrip — non refund of deducted money

sir i try to book online flight ticket from makemytrip, on 27th august but, after completion of payment, the ticket is not processed but the flight fare had been deducted from my sbi debit account amounting Rs. 4560 twice total 9120. after that i contact with the customer care service of makemytrip many times but none of them solve my problem. at their request i even sent my bank statement in PDf form to them, my Reference ID[protected] and Reference ID: [[protected].but still now the deducted money is not refunded at my account. after waiting for 1 month
so please solve my problem as earlier as possible if possible
