Cheated by Makemytrip

I have a confirmed e-ticket which I made on www.MakeMyTrip.com website.

Two days after the confirmed booking, the travel bus operator called and told me that I have to pay Rs.700 extra or he may cancel my ticket.

I have called makemytrip customer care umpteen times, but no resolution has been reached. Initially, they told that if I have a confirmed ticket, they will pay the extra money asked by the bus vendor....

We booked makemytrip vacation package from Banglaore to Portblair (Cost per person is 35000/-INR (nov1- Nov-7th 2010). Delayed/No response from agents

The quality of travel agents/customer service agents with Makemytrip.com is so sub-standard . I have been looking to book holiday package to Andaman for almost a month now; but even after contacting 3 different customer service reps, not been able to get through.
All of them disappear when I ask them to send me the flight details etc. because I really want to book it ASAP.
