[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki, Baleno LXi — Poor service, more defects created after service | |
I given my car Maruti Baleno No. MH12DE7971 for service to Sai Service, Phugewadi, Pune on friday 20th Feb.09. After servicing bill was submitted for Rs.11486/- And when I checked for power Window operations I found back seats both power windows are not functioning. Also no audio sound is available on music system. When contacted to Mr. Sanjiv([protected]), his comments are we have not done anything to music system and power window. Similar complaints I raised for poor service from same dealer last year too. After lot of assurance I gave my car to this service station but again same story.
