[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — Poor Service from Maruti Dealer

Recently I have given my vehicle for service at Mandovi Motors (Wilson Garden Service Station) Bangalore.

I was facing various problems while I submit my car to them.

I told them specifically to check my vehicle to inspect and troubleshoot the issues, but the some of the below problems are not resolved after service. But even after the second visit my Car is still having the below mentioned issues. I paid around Rs.3100/- towards the Spares and Service charges for my car but it is not worth paying it. I am totally fed up and frustrated with Mandovi Motors, and in short words and they are not meeting the customer expectations.

Please can you advise me a Maruti dealer in Bangalore who really cares about the customer and provides a diligence service to the customers and fixes the problems?

i have booked an used car from sai service dealer wagholi on sunday 18/10/2009 & paid booking amount rs. 5000/-. they gave me recipt in which mentioned that tokan amunt will not refundable or transferable. but now i would like to take a new car so i requested them please transfer my booking amount for new car but they don't.
please tell me what is rule of your company in such cases ?

Maruti Suzuki — paid poor servicing

I am proud owner of Swift since last so many years. paid servicing of the Automotive mfg. Ltd is going down and down every time. This time it is to the extent. Attaching some snaps, this is exactly at the handover time taken snaps.
All snaps are self explanatory. One can understand how servicing would have been done. Also for remionding this was not free servicing.
