Maruti Suzuki — Poor service from dealer | |
Actually i had written a mail to Maruti. How is that your dealer is not ready to offer warranty on parts fitted by them. If i buy a spolier they say we cannot gurantee the paint quality. They say bubbles may come after painting ( They have done this twice). They are not doing any good will by returning back the money. They have wasted my time. When i fitted the accessories they never told me all this. Also regarding door moulding they fell off on the road. I cannot drive my car to office with two door mouldings missing. And do you expect me to keep the failed items in my car. Let me make one thing very clear if cannot support for a part they should not sell it. Who will pay me for the visits i have made to Sai service for 5 - 6 times in 1 month. And it is better they dont ise words like Good will. Also i feel dealers should keep only MGA approved accessories. Anyways this is the last Maruti product i have purchased in my life. Thanks for your poor service and GOOD WILL. Also FYI the vibration from the side doors still does exist and also the rear seat lock keeps coming out. I dont have time to come to rectify this to the service centre.
