Hi, My father had taken his car for servicing to Spectra Service Centre (Authorised Service Station for Maruti Suzuki). The customer service rep told my father its ok if he keeps his Pen Drive, Samsung Handsfree & Samsung USB in the car as there is no risk. So he trusted him and when he got his car back , it was with out all the 3 items. I have already spoken to a guy called Aditya there but he is saying that there is nothing that he can do and we have to forget our belongings. And it is true not only with this dealer but most of the dealers.
Roadside mechanics are more reliable is what i have come to realise.
We must hit back to these dealers where it hurts.STOP GIVING THEM BUSINESS.
