[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki Car — Bad Tyres at time of delivery

Dear Manager,

I have purchasedMaruti swift car on 31/10/2011 From CHOWGULE INDUSTRIES PVT LTD, PLOT NO 19&20 TIVIM INDUSTRIAL ESTATE KARASWADA MAPUSA GOA, on 4th Nov 2011 i have noticed that the rear both tyres is not in good condition as there some crakes on the tyres on the same day the verbal complaint was launched in the showroom they told to visit after 4days, again i visited on 10/11/2011 with the complaint letter but they refuse to accept the letter and told to complaint on the email id

Request you to kindly lookinto the above matter and replace the damage tyres immediately
