[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. — car survey for insurance claim | |||
My car's right side running board was damaged around 8 months ago. Due, to my extremely busy work schedule, I have to squeeze-in the activity of taking the car to the dealer. However, I have made more than 10 visits and my local dealer has failed to make an arrangement to conduct the survey which is mandatory in order to make an insurance claim. My insurance provider is ICICI Lombard. However, my local dealer has dealt with my problem in the most disconcerting manner. Is this the way Maruti Suzuki India Ltd and their associates deal with their 'valuable' customers? Was this information helpful? | |||
