I am an employee of an IT firm in Mumbai. Recently for a trip to the US i took a Matrix Cellular SIM card . The marketing person promised a corporate plan.

To my horror i ended up receiving a bill of Rs 7000. There were some charges like data usage for which i had not subscibed or utlilized. Repeated complaints to the billing department did not yield any results.

The most crooked part of this deal is they take your credit card information and charge it numerous time. I even got a follow on bill of Rs 300.

Can you please let me know where did you complaint as I also got close to 22000 for just 9 days in Singapore. No result from Matrix as they are keen on saying tey will come back in next three days. I have already sent an email to [protected]@matrix. But, if i need to escalate or file a consumer forum, do let me know.
