[Resolved] Matrix Cellular — incorrect bill
I have taken matrix international sim card from an employee of the matrix while receiving sim itself i clearly explained to their representative that data usage is not required to me and i need the connection for few calls that"s for a very short period. Accordingly, i had used just a few calls that are for a few seconds only.
After my trip, they have charged me a bill for 6700/ and automatically deducted from my credit card and for data usage, then i replied that actually, i have not used net data. Now they are coming back asking they will wave off 3000rs as the welcome gesture. Apart from all this they are insisting me to pay the bill for which i have not used.
While i am trying to contact the person who has handed over me a sim he is telling to contact to customer care for the issue. So irresponsible person.
In this regard, i request the high-level authority of matrix to withdraw or drop the bill and to maintain customer relationship.
