In May this year I had taken an overseas trip and for the first time taken a SIM card from Matrix. None of the Sim cards worked and these guys had assured there would be no problem. After coming back i told them about the problem so they say I should have contacted them from overseas for a card replacement.
Even till today i get calls from matrix asking me to pay up after making their executive understand the issue which everyone does and promises there would be no further calls. But now they are getting rude and aggressive and asking me to pay up no matter what. Was this information helpful? |
