[Resolved]  Max Newyork life — Cheque Refund

I bought a policy#[protected] from Max New York in 20th Oct,09. This I bought after long follow up with Max New York sales guy called as Rishi as he mentioned his Name on phone. After getting convinced and agreeing upon the few conditions he sent a representative named as Sumit, who collected my application from my office. When I signed the application, representative asked me to sign it at 2 places only. When I got the original bond by 29th Oct,09, I found few duplicate signature of mine on the illustration page.On 31st Oct,09 I return the policy bond to Max New York to cancel my policy in free lookup period. I wrote a application for the same and submitted it to Laxmi Nagar, Deep building branch and took back the receiving acknowledgment. As they promised, I was waiting for my refund cheque of full amt 30000/- after 15 working days from the cancellation date. I waited for few more days then I called to their customer care. Then I got answer "cancellation is still in process and you will receive a call from our retaintion team and then after their confirmation you will receive your cheque". I didn't receive any call then I called them once again then I got the same kind of answer. After making few followup call I got call by Mr. Aman Khanna from retaintion department. He told me that he is cancelling my policy and you will receive the cheque within 7 working days. After 3-4 days of discussion I received a letter from Max office to confirming my policy cancellation but still I didn't receive my cheque. Then I called once again to customer care then they told me your cheque has been dispatched by First Flight (POD#O[protected] courier on 10th of Dec and received Mr Kamal, though I don't know any body with the name of Kamal. Once again I called Max customer care on 21st Dec,09 then they said me to wait for call from Max department and you will definitely receive your cheque withing seven working days. On 22nd Dec,09 I got a call from Max asking to drop a application to any of Max branch stating that I didn't receive my cheque. Immediately I went to Noida branch of MAX in sec 63 and gave a application and took a receiving copy. Still I am following and getting the answer that you will get it withing 7 working days but that 7 working day never comes. On 2nd Jan,2010 I called Max Customer care and ask the status, once again I got the same standard answer that you will get a call within 5 minutes on your cell but no answer for my cheque status. While typing this matter it is more than 1 hour , I didn't receive any call.

As I understood that MAX is company and gathering of Fraud people, I would never recommend to have any relation with MAX as they are not good in anything.

Rest of time didn't get any req no. Few time I asked for it then they told me the repeat the same reference number because I am adding the request with same reference.
