Hi,
I have sent mail to service helpdesk and not recieved any reply. Premium shown on maxnewyork login is Rs.5792.90 due on 31/07/2012. I have made complete payment on 18/08/2012 which is much before the grace period i.e 30 dyas. However, I have recieved message stating i need to pay Rs.229 inclusive of late payment fee and my policy is in lapsed state. could someone help me to understand this. i am attaching the screen shot for the same.
