[Resolved] Mcdonald's — pathetic and rude customer services | |||
I placed an order at mcdonalds delivery number[protected] , on 01st November 2010, at 1:37 pm , AS COMMITED BY THE STAFF THE ORDER WAS TO REACH WITHIN 30-40 MINUTES. However when till 2:30 pm , i did not recive the order i called up on the hepline number but to my surprise the staff was least bothered . Some sravan and ayub picked up the call , they were least apologitic about the delay and said we have too many orders so we cannot do anything about it , the order will reach you shortly . i gain called up after 10 minutes , i got connected to some assistant manger , viplab and mr singh at the janpath branch , instead o[censored]nderstanding they said " aap boliye kya chaiye aapko , order free chahiye " humari aisi koi policy nahin hai , chahey kitna bhi time lgaey . i was shocked at this statement . I want to tell these mcdonalds guys that we are not beggars .. we pay for the services .. they are not obliging us by this . Finally during the argument the argument the order finally reached at 2:50 pm . Please take action against this as it is a unnecessary harassment and these mcdonald people are humiliating the customers with such kind of atitude. Thanks Vineeta Was this information helpful? | |||

i am a surgeon by profession working in AIIMS and after a 24 hr shift and an empty stomach i ordered a mc aloo tikki and maza at 11:21 pm on 4/4/13. after waiting for 1 hour and calling twice @66000666, i got my order at 12:40 am which i courteously denied to accept and sent the order back. the two things i want to highlight during this whole harassment of me and my stomach are:
1.) the staff was least apologetic when i told them abt the dealy they simply told me that they are out of bread. now why didn't they know abt this before hand.
2.) when i called the local south extension outlet the person says there were too many orders before me and i can do whatever i want but i'll have to take the order or pay the money. his name is ashok.
what is wrong with u mc D. i think its time u people should start prioritizing customer first or staff first or money first.
kindly take some action .

Pathetic and rude customer services.On the 25th Dec 2010, I went to Macdolands Drive through the horrible and shocking treatment I recieved from the manager by the name of Khabo who never listened to what I was ordering and I was forced to take things that I did'nt order and I was told that she was doing me a foavour because they were closed , I was pissed off whow could I be done a favouur being a customer and I told her that she is telling me , the whole staff gang up agaist me a was told that I was drunk and was told that I can go report and nothing will be done , while still on that argument another white guy interviend and was also told bull and was refused to be served. I really need this matter to be sorted out Iaw on Hellopeter Macdonalds does not deal/attend to thier customers query
Please take action against this as it is a unnecessary harassment and these mcdonald people are humiliating the customers with such kind of atitude.
