I had booked a cab from Vijay Nagar, North Campus to the domestic terminal of the airport and I had specifically asked them to reach by 6.15pm as my flight was at 8.25pm, but the driver showed up after 6.30pm and the car did not even have any fuel. The driver stopped at the gas station and he took 20 minutes to fill fuel. He was also really rude to me and his behaviour was unacceptable as he did not take the situation seriously despite repeated pleadings. I reached the airport only by 8pm and missed my flight and had to purchase the next flight which cost me Rs. 8000. As this was completely the fault of the cab service, as the cab not only did come late but also did not have any fuel. I must really say that this is by far the worst service I have experienced. I must insist that I be reimbursed for my losses as I missed the original flight which cost me Rs 5500 and had to buy a new one on the last minute for Rs 8000. Was this information helpful? |
Mega Cabs — Loss of money & time and causing mental trauma and anxiety
I am waiting for the reply to the E-mail sent by me to the Mega Cabs Car Rental company and the verbal communication with Mega Cab Rentals employees at Junior and senior level. I will post my complaint in full if not heard from them.Prasanna Pattojoshi
