[Resolved] Mega Cabs — rude behavior of cab driver
My mega cabs booking ref. No. Am[protected] at 04:15 am on[protected] from batala road, amritsar. My cab no. Was ch02aa8557 and driver's name was satnam singh with cell no. [protected].
My complaint is that my cab driver was quite rude and he reached on pick-up location 15 minutes before time. Still, he was in a hurry and not ready to find a pick-up location. He was scolding me when i was helping him to find my location. When i reached my destination he was still in a hurry and said my mother to go out from cab quickly. She can't walk quickly so i felt bad for her and i was a bit angry with cab driver but i said nothing to him. I reached my destination very early. He also asked me for 170 rs. Even my cab charges were 167 rs.
It was my first experience with mega cabs and it was the worst experience i ever saw by a cab driver. If he is not ready for an early drive so why he is doing this job. I will never suggest anyone mega cabs.

Hi Mega Cabs Team, First of all, I really appreciate the quick reply from your side so for that thanks. I got a call from Mohit Mega Cabs, phone no. 8559051515. As I wrote my complaint on mail but still he listened to my full incident and was agree with my statement. He was polite and gave me the assurance to never happen this again in the future.
