[Resolved] Meru Cab Mumbai — Refusal to take booking in spite of calling 24 hours in advance | |||
I needed to book 2 taxis to go to the railway terminus. Having called exactly 24 hours prior to the requirement time, I was aghast at being told that there are no cabs available during that time. How could all cabs get booked in the space of 5 minutes of booking opening. I then asked to be transferred to customer service who told me that all 15 cabs in vile Parle were booked. I cannot for the life of me understand how they all got booked in the space of 5 minutes of booking opening. Unless, the same issue that we face with Regular cabs and autos has caught up with Meru as well, that of only wanting to ply long distance. The authorities must do something about these people.
