[Resolved] Meru Cab — UNTRUST FULL DRIVERS OF MERU CABS

ON THE NIGHT OF 23-OCT-2012 AFTER 12 I HELP ONE OF THE MERU CAB (TATA INDIGO) TO START THE CAR. IN KANDIVALI, NEAR CHARKOP PETROL PUMP. CAR WAS STARTED, I FORGOT MY MOBILE IN THAT MERU CAB. NOT REMEMBERIN THE NUMBER OF CAR. DRIVER RUN AWAY AND NEVER RETURN TO THE PLACE.
AFTER FEW MINUTES I CALLED UP AND GIVEN COMPLAIN IN MERU COMPANY CALL CENTRE.

THEY ANSWERED "HUMARA 40 CARS IS WAQT KANDIVALI ME HAI. TUMHARA MOBILE KIS CAR ME HAI KESE PATA CHALEGA?"

I SAID "SHOW ME THE PHOTO ID OF THAT 40 DRIVERS (BINA ID KE TO NAUKRI ITNA BADA COMPANY NAHI DEGA), AND SPECIALLY PHOTO OF THE INDICA DRIVERS. I REMEMBER THE FACE, I WILL IDENTIFY, AND YOU TAKE THE NEXT ACTION."
I VISITED SO MANY TIME TO THE MERU OFFICE LOCATED AT MALAD. THEY ARE NOT READY TO SHOW ID OF ANY DRIVER, AND NOT READY TO GIVE ANY OTHER SUPPORT. VERY WORST BEHAVE.

NEVER TRUST MERU CAB DRIVERS. AND NEVER HOPE OF HELP OR ANY TYPE OF CO-OPRATE FROM THE OTHER COMPANY STAFF.

AB BOLTE HAI HUMARE PAS TOTAL 2400 CARS HAI...
I KNOW USME ONLY 400 INGDIGO HAI. EK SIMPLE KNOWLEDGE K EK TIME SAB INDIGO KANDIVALI CHARKOP ME NAHI HOGI. AT THAT TIME 40 CARS IN KANDIVALI. TO USME SE HALF CHARKOP AREA ME HOGI, SHAYAD 20-CARS. AB UNME SE SIRF INDIGO MAY BE 5 OR 10? AB INKO FIND OUT KARNA KOI MUSHKIL NAHI HAI. NA INKA PHOTO DIKHANE COMPANY READY HAI (AISA UNKE KARMCHARI KEHTE HAI).

AAP KI KOI KIMATI CHIZ MERU CAB ME GALATI SE GAI AUR NUMBER YAD NAHI TO WO GAI SAMJO.
