[Resolved] Meru Cabs — Cheating done by Meru | |||
Dear Sir, Please find the trailing mails from me to meru cabs which is selfexplantory without any proper response from them and also their acceptance mail on the time of booking. I booked a cab trough net on night of 1st of May 2012 for New Delhi Railway Station from my residence at 5.10 in the morning next day ie, 2nd of May to catch Ajmer Shatbdi at 6.05 AM. I also got the acceptance mail from them and also the reference no. saying that I will be getting the cab no. and Chauffer details 20 minutes before the scheduled time. When I did not get any details about the Cab till 5. 00 AM I called them the recieved a reply that I would be getting a cab within next 15 minutes. When the Cab still did not turn up I called them again at 5.20 AM I got the same reply that the cab will be reaching with another 15 minutes, and the cab never turned up. I missed my train and and my official assignment which was schduled for the day. If atall they were not sure about the cab they could have given me call and could have made some alternate arrangements instead they kept on telling lies which made me suffer both finacially and mentally. I would request for strict action against them so that other people are not cheated. Station by internet with reference no. 12154603 for 5.10 AM in the morning but the cab never arrived. Also when contacted your call centre at the no. 44224422 they assured that the cab will be reaching in another 5 to 10 minutes for several times untill it was too late for me to catch the train at 6.05 . This is highly condemable as if your operator had told me the correct status that the cab wont be reaching I could have tried for other means. Now I would like to request you to refund my total train fare of Rs. 2000/- which I missed due to your mismanagement and by relying on the Brand name of MERU. But they cheated me like anythin, they didn't came and when I called Chauffeur told he is having some other pickup and disconnected phone, and when I called customer care they told it is Chauffeur mistake and they will take an complaint against him, but finally I lost my train and my family function spoiled, sp beware of this Fraud CAB service
