mGinger — NON DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS | |||
I have placed my order no. 76068 on 20.08.2011 and after that I had received a shippment no.[protected] of Aramex courier, which was found incorrect while tracking the same. It shows that the product was delivered to a place in Trivandrum, whereas the product should have got delivered at Howrah. More over the product I have booked and the product delivered are different. I mailed them several times but everytime I am receiving the same reply that my goods has been couried through Armex courier vide shippment no. [protected]. This is total negligency in service and the company should compensate me for this. Was this information helpful? | |||

Even whenever I try their customer care number its always busy... I had even tried the number of Mr. Hemanth Kumar of operations ([protected]) but its always no reply...What a customer service...first they take money and then they neither deliver the product nor properly update about the status.
