but still i am in confusion stage that i padi sum of money around $ 1320 dollars for the processing fees, and still the inland revenue department by name mr Dr martin mc donnell (director) it is mention in the mail and his number is as follows. email id is [protected]@yahoo.com.and the number as follows. tel:[protected]. fax :[protected].

hence they are asking for the money of around L-2250 pounds, for the tax and vat charges to th inland revenue account.

Hi. I have a complaint against Microsoft regarding the product that they sell known as Xbox 360.
Through email communication they extended me a limited period offer but they couldnt meet their commitments and now that limited period is going to get over post midnight of 29th feb.. I have informed them once again that they havent provided me with the product as covered under the offer promised by them but i have not received any reply as such. I guess they are waiting for the limited period to end.
Please guide me over here can i still sue them because they were not able to give me that offer?. I have their email in which they had provided me with the misleading information..


It goes this way. They sent me an email in reply to my complaint and mentioned that Xbox 360 premium console is available for 15376 rs with four games free in the market and that i go to any retailer and claim an Xbox at that price. When i contacted several retailers they didnt extend me that offer. I feel that Microsoft is playing a GAME by making the customer to get his hopes up and luring customer towards their products. I have lost my peace over this issue and Microsoft doesn't even reply to my second email to them.

What shall i do?
