Your inability to come to Thailand in order to collect your bank draft prompted us to make arrangement to send it via courier delivery with an insurance coverage, but you will be responsible for the courier and International Gaming Board (IGB) fees which have to be paid before your parcel will be dispatched from Thailand to your address. Once your payment is received, we shall do the necessary documentations and shipped it to your given address within 24 hours. The parcel will get to your address between three (3) to four (4) days from the date of dispatch.

Courier Delivery Fee: US$65
IGB Certification Fee: US$380

The courier delivery and IGB certification fees of four hundred and forty five United States Dollars (US$445) is to be paid through bank deposit. You are therefore required to go to any branch of State Bank of India to make the deposit. You will have to deposit the sum of twenty one thousand eight hundred Indian Rupees (Rs.21,550) into the below account of our officer who holds an account with an Indian Bank:

After making the payment, you are to send the scanned copy of the payment slip through email attachment to enable me request for the withdrawal via ATM from here.

NOTE:
The courier and IGB certification fees cannot be deducted from your fund as a result of the following reasons:

1. You are not paying the money to the Microsoft Mobile Draw. The US$65 is for the delivery of your parcel by the courier service agent we use and they do not accept cash on delivery (COD) method of payment for international deliveries. While US$380 is for the IGB certification of your payment. Without the IGB Certification, you cannot be paid your prize because it is a lottery winning and we have to comply with the rules of IGB regard of remittance of lottery prizes.

2. As stated in our agreement with the sponsors of this cash grant, we are not to remit anything short of the US$380,000.00 you are billed to receive and we do not have authority to make deductions from the account of the sponsors from where your bank draft is debited/issued and we are not a signatory to the account either. We only need to write your name on the bank draft which we have been issued with and nothing more, this we have done.

3. The courier charge is as high as that because it is payment for a two way delivery charge. You will be required to sign our acknowledgment letter after receiving your parcel and this has to be sent back to us, the cost of sending it back is covered in the courier fee you are to pay.
