This is true microtek today in the world of customer -oriented business has got worst customer care service . Not only they attend our complain but also they start misbehaving with customer

My MICROTEK UPS is not working properly. I have noted that when light off then UPS off with beep. I have no customer care no. I had bought this UPS two month before. So pls solve the problem.

My microtek ups is not working. As soon as the current goes the computer shuts down. battery is failed. I have also got the battery repaired one year before but the same problem is arising now.

I bought a Microtek UPS 600 VA Heritage + model on 8th Jan 09. Right from the begining it's not working properly. Everytime my system getting restart in case of power cut off or a minor fluctuation. It's not giving any back-up even after charging properly.I made a complain to Microtek customer care, they have sent there employe to my address he checked it out and said that now its ok but still its not working from the day he checked it and now there customer care no is also not working.

Therefore, I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful ASAP.

i m a customer of your company(microtek) and want to tell you that when the power supply goes up or down the ups stop working and restarts the window and it is just around 2year of being purchased.

We just tired off this Microtek UPS becaz within a month My PC power supply burned three times. When we change over the generator or power meantime this UPS send so many power supply according to the hardware engineer and the problem start.

microtek ups — battery problem

my complaint is register in customer care arond second last week of march.battery is not working according to your service agent.he said he will change the battery with in 2-3 days.but still he has not coming .i have complaint again. two months passed but problem is not resolved.they just lingering on the problem.now warrenty period is also over.so pls solve my issue as soon as possible

i was bought microtek ups in 20-07-09,model no. is HGE600AZ & s/n no. is 9GUPNB347763.this is not work properly so i was complaint it sometimes but no response & said that warrenty is only service center .but warrenty is onsite.so plz help me.warrenty period is end 2 months.

consumer court me case kar do in logo kee ye company aajkal ... quality par dhyaan nahi de rahi hai.
