[Resolved]  Microtek Ups — No baterry backup

BACK UP PROBLEM IN UPS

My Microtek UPS is showing problem. It is beeping regularily and after some time backup is gone. Customer care no given in catalog is not responding. Microtek compliant mail is also not working. what should I do now.

We bought a Microtek Ups Single 4 months before, now its having some problem like no backup, not a single minute back up is giving by this UPS Its Serial no. is HGE 600AZ and BAR CODING NO.IS 9LUPNB519491.
So sort out my problem.

my microtek UPS S.no 8JUPNB209911 is not working properly .i have tried to complain at the customer care but non of your numbers are working.
it's in warranty period.
plzz check it and send any of your employee who can sort out the problem.

I Purchased microtek ups battery but after some months its not working means not giving any back up, it starts beeping in the power cut Everytime my system getting restart in case of power cut off or a minor fluctuation. It's not giving any back-up even after charging properly.the seller is not ready to replace it. Please help me.

MY UPS MODEL NO. "HGE600AZ" S NO. 10FUPNU37029. IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD BUT IS NT WORKING PROPERLY. WITHBACKUP OF 5 SECONDS. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER ASAP.

I am Senthil kumar, I brought 850 sine wave inverter in 2009. but now It seems Microtek product is degrading because while I purchased the dealer gave full confidence about microtek but now he isn't . Service is becoming very poor.

Any way what to do we brought it ...

Problem with my Microtek product:

hii my UPS model number Heritage+ 600VA(HGE600AZ) is not giving any backup and the system shut down immediately after supply cutoff, product serial number is 8GUPNB55519 also i have tried to complain at the customer care but non of your numbers are working.
it's in warranty period.
plzz check it and send any of your employee who can sort out the problem.

We bought a Microtek UpsBRA600 Battery now its having some problem like no backup, humming on EPABX etc. its Serial no. is 11CUENU20737 and I am not getting the customer care no. so I can't call them directly.
So sort out my problem.

microtek ups — Ups Problem

UPS Problem. System instantly shut down when light goes and i was complaint to your service center but did not get any satisfied solution. It is my request to you please solve this particular problem.

Current jana ka badh mera UPS shotdown ho jati hai.
