[Resolved] Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India/Passport — Passport delay | |||
Passport Office, Bangalore I applied my passport on 28/07/2010. It was told in the application form that for ordinary passports we receive it within 3 months. But my police verification happened only after three months in hebagodi police station. It took me about one month to get the verification passed. Then when I called the toll free call centre number they told me my passport is in granting stage and I will get my passport soon. Its in that status for 2 months. When I went to RPO bangalore one month back they told me that I will receive passport within 20 days. Its one month from that date and no passport yet. I dont know whom I should contact now. I have applied for my family passport and out of four yet I received three passport and one is yet pending and no response yet I received about the delay my passport. My file ref. no. W-11955/07 in ther name of Manik Krishna Kundu.

This is regarding passport delay concern. I have applied for indian passport on date[protected] in chandigarh regional office, But have not received passport till date[protected]. My File Referance no is z074914. Police enquary has been also done. When i enquaried through internet The comments are showing( AS PER THIS OFFICE RECORDS, YOU HAD APPLIED FOR AND/ OR OBTAINED PASSPORT EARLIER PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU DID NOT DISCLOSE THIS FACT INYOUR PRESENTPASSPORT APPLICATION AND FURNISH DETAILS OF THE APPLICATION AND THE PASSPORT OBTAINED). ALSO SURRENDER THE OLD PASSPORT IMMEDIATELY).but iam also surrender my old passport and pay two thousend penlty fees in[protected]key no -[protected]) . Please Help me to privide my passport as soon as possible.

I applied for the Indian Passport File Ref number A003915 through proper channel . Ever since I applied for the passport I have been enquiring about the status of the passport but there has been no answers from the RPO Ranchi office. provided on the official site is rarely being attended and on being getting lucky to converse with the authorities they don't reply properly.

Could you help us sir to release my childrens passport from Hyderabad passport office .
I have applied to renew my childrens' passport and application was submitted in January 2011 for the below listed childrens name :
1) Umaimah Asad - Application dated 03/01/2011 - File No. C000093
2) Tahaullah Khan - Application dated 03/01/2011 - File No. C000094
3) Uzmah Asad - Application dated 03/01/2011 - File No. C0000095
4) Safya Asad - Application dated 04/01/2011 - File No. C000221
5) Omairullah Khan - Application dated 04/01/2011 - File No. C000222
6) Afifa Asad - Application dated 04/01/2011 - File No. C000224
The message online shows every two weeks saying that quote "Passport has been granted is expected to be dispatched by 11/08/2011 subject to all documents being in order" unquote.
The above message is everymonth updated by passport authorities or automated by the computer system but till (8 months) eight months has been completed but passports of my kids have not been dispatched.
I shall be very grateful to you sir, if you advise concerned authorities to take necessary steps to dispatch my childrens passport.
