Mobile Store — Defect in Handset not covered in warranty

I bought a Nokia C3 on 27/08/2011 from Moble Store, Time Square, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur with extended warranty at the cost of Rs 99/-.

Around 45 days before the coating of handset which is a plastic lamination has started coming out of his place and lot of dust is entering it and making it more wider. I handed over my handset to Mr Hemraj and Mr Suresh at the same mobile store on 22/10/2012 for repair under warranty for which they said that it will be sent to service centre and service centre people will call me over any status. Meanwhile, I called on call centre numbers also where call centre executive informed me that such kind of problem with coating is covered under extended warranty. But even after my 2-3 reminders to Mr Hemraj, nobody responded and nobody from service centre called then I had to make a final call to give back my mobile handset and collected my handset from Mobile Store on 3/11/2012. On the same time Mr Suresh told me that such problem with coating of handset does not covered under extended warranty.

I would like to mention here that the problem with coating of handset was not started due to any wrongdoing with the handset, it just started coming out own its own which is a manufacturing defect. I mentioned this logic to Mr Vikas at service centre whom I could talk from the mobile store only when I went to collect back my handset but he did not responded properly even mentioned that "you see the terms & conditions and we can't help it".

After complaining on customer care of Mobile Store, I received call from their end on 7 Nov. 2012 & 8. Nov. 2012 wherein I could talk to Mr Sameer, Mr Vinod, and Mr Ronaldo but none of them were able to respond to my query properly. I mentioned the same logic given in my last email but they were just keep repeating that this handset problem is not covered under the extended warranty.

At last I had to ask for a written communication from their end over my email itself mentioning that "such type of defect in handset is not covered under the extended warranty" but till date I have not received any communication from your end.

Please help me.
