i have purchased a 4Gb pen drive of moserbaer co. & within the warranty period ,it has gone faulty.on approaching their service centre for replacement of faulty device,the attendant refused to replace the same with the excuse that seal of the device is not proper whereas that fact is that the seal is broken by the attendant himself & afterwards he was not redy to tell his name .So such type of incidences are causing harassment as well as financial loss to the general public Was this information helpful? | 
moserbaer — Replacement
I have purchased a Moserbaer pendrive of 4GB. After 2-3 months it stops working. For this I go to Neotric Informatique ltd. , Nehru place for its replacement and I deposit pendrive at them on 03-Sep-2009. At the time to depositing they said that it will take a week to replace it. After a week I ask them to give me replacement then they said that they didnt have any right now..So they gave me another 10-15 days time. Now its more than two months. Please suggest me what to do. Should I go to Consumer Court. Please tell me Consumer Courts address, Website etc.as I am from Delhi.
