Iam having a Motorola A810 mobile handset which is very troublesome. After purchasing the handset i had a dozens of complaints which I eventually got ride with. I had complaints with its touch screen, board and software. Even after my friends adviced me to buy another handset, I used the same as I bought this mobile after a long struggle. The one and only service centre available or me near to my hometown is the Redington Service centre, Vazhuthacaud, Thiruvananthapuram which is 25km away from my home. When I approached them with my phone complaint, they replied me that the Engineer is leave for that day and they cant do anything without him, even cant identify the complaint. Its not the first time Iam getting some replies like this, also i am sure that any customer who went to Redington services Vazhuthacaud, should had bitter experiences like I had. I feel very sorry to say that if this is the general approach of the whole Redington services then I could say without any doubt that redigton Services is the poorer in their service and customer satisfation! Ihave decided that I will never go for any Motorola products even it is a one rupee product. I[censored] are a concerned person please dont take this as a silly mail. Motorola A810 — Defect
It had been working properly for a few days but now its not reading he sim card it hangs over now and then and it cannot open any of the foldersMotorola A810 — Handset dead

Sub: Regarding repair of A-810 Motorola Handset
I have deposited my Motorola A-810 handset at Lali’s Mobile Care Amrik Singh Road , Bathinda , Punjab. Handset is having charging problem.
Handset deposited on 1-Sep-2009 but till now I have not received my handset.
When I chased local service centre owner Mr.Ashwani his comments were if I want I can do legal actions against Motorola, but he cant help me.
After hundreds of calls and regular visits he is not giving me proper reply and TAT when will be I getting my repaired handset back every time reply is after 2 days , next weak, handset sent to Delhi, handset sent from Delhi.
Handset sent about 5 to 6 times to delhi from repair and came back without repairing. I don’t know what is the process of Motorola.
This is the great example of customer harassment by Motorola.
Moreover when I deposited my handset there was only charging issue but now my handset is fully dead and body of my handset is damaged because of bad care of my handset by Motorola.
Local service center gave me number of Mr.Kuldeep of delhi ([protected]) and one month ago he committed me of delivering my handset and situation is this NO one is answering my call neither Lali service centre nor Kuldeep from Delhi.
My job sheet no: is LM/MO/09/00170
Pls reply with in 7 working days with TAT when I will be getting my handset,
Otherwise I don’t have any other option to take legal action against Mr.Ashwani from Lali Mobile Care and Motorola.

Motorola A810 — Replacement
Dear Siri have purchased motorola A810 model mobile in wavetel stores rajakilpakkam, on last 20.11.2008. But due to major technical problem it doesn't work properly. so i have asked the seller to replace the mobile phone. but they directed me to communicate mobile phone manufacturer's authorised service center.
so i have checked with them also, thay also confirmed the same and given the certifcate to replace the mobile
i have handovered mobile phone and service centre certificate at mobile phone shop where it has been purchased. they also commited to replace the mobile with in 2 days, but today 4th day gone sofar they are not resposing my call.
now what i have to do.
