[Resolved]  MRF Tyres — Price monopoly or sell above MRP

Dear sir

This is to inform you that today i want to purchase the MRF Tube for my bike
[protected] from the one of your distributer (PUNJAB TYRE HOUSE near old baghpat
bus stand meerut ph-[protected] [protected] ) they sell the tyres and Tubes above
the print rate.then I asked about it your distributer said that the company
banned to display the MRP or tube packing.they sold all the tubes or tyres with
out packing or MRP.The MRP on[protected] Tube rate is or MRP is 285 and they
chareg for it is arround 400rs. i asked about it they told that its a company
price tag for the consumer and it is supplied by all ur distributer and
retailer.I also asked for the bill or invoice for the tubes they said that tyres
and tubes are free from bill or invoice and no recipet provided to any costmer.

this also a crime unter income tax.

i want to confairm that its your company policy to sell the tyres & Tubes above
market price.Your company is creating a monoploly envirnment in market and its
creating a black marketing in the tubes and tyres industry.

MRF is a well Known brand in market And i hope that ur company tack the
naccessery action on it as soon as possible. if the action is not taken by the
concerned person against the concerned distributer i am going to file a
complaint aginst you and the concernd distributer in consumer forum or the
concerned department. becouse you are creating black marketing and monopoly in
market which is finally affects the consumer.

Please take the naccessery action ASAP.
