MSN/Yahoo Lottery Board — I received a mail from msn/yahoo lottery board

I received a mail from msn/yahoo lottery bord
In that mail they said i won 750000gbp and collect that parcel from Internation cargo courier service.And they said i am responsible to pay the courier charges to get that price. So i got some doubt and search in google whether it is there or not.

Can you provide actually msn/yahoo lottery board is there and is there such kind of sheme.And provide whether this is real of fake

I had received a mail from MSN/Yahoo lottery Board few days back that i won[protected] british pounds and i gave my account number .Then they mail me that i have to pay Rs 25000 as cost of transfer. So i have a doubt this company is fake company, is it true and i have a question in my mind that why this company is offering such an big amount. There are many company like this who are taking money from people and exploit them as a result of which people are dying. So please kindly confirm me about this and if this is a fake company take strong action against them. So that they will not dare to send such mail to us.
