[Resolved] MTNL Boardband — Configuration of the Modem | |
Dear Sir, I am having MTNL boardband connection. Since 3 weeks contionously I am calling to MTNL regarding the configuration of my modem but everyday I am receiving the same reply that today somebody will come to your place. I have spoken to Mr. Madan[protected], Mr. Arya[protected] regarding this but nothing has done from there side. Now I am very much fed up of MTNL. If they don't want to do the needful than they should tell me, everyday I wont't call them and waste my precious time. I was having reliance internet connection but I have heard that MTNL services and plans are very good that's why I have switched to MTNL but now I think I have done a very big mistake because MTNL does not have time to serve their customers and they don't stick to there commitments. I have already received a telephone+boardband bill of the previous month and it's very strange that I am not able to use your services and I have to pay you the services amount which you people are not providing me properly. MTNL Boardband — Disconnected frequently
The broadband connection on my telephone number[protected] has been performing erratically.I registered a complaint about it on customer care (1504) and they gave me complaint number :
47600906 on 9th June'2009. They said the problem is with the frequency on my telephone line / Server and would be rectified in 24 hours.
Nothing happened after that. No one from MTNL even asked me about the problem. I again telephoned customer care and this time they said that I should get in touch with Area Manager (Shakti Nagar), New Delhi. I contacted him on 9th June'2009 after many dial attempts and he said that it will be done. Thereafter I received a call from MTNL asking me "aapka phone theek hai?" Before I could say that it is not the phone but the internet which is faulty.. the official disconnected the phone.
Even I have got following numbers:
[protected]CP SERVER) “told me : server per koi problem nahi hi”
[protected]YADAV) “told me: server per problem hi, koi kee koi response nahi aa raha hi server se…”
[protected]PRADEEP) “told me : mein aa kar dektha hu..”
[protected]SDO) “told me : hum back office employee hi… app filed manager / person se baat karo.”
Few days back it was also not responding from server and modem. I was registered complaint on 1504. They were providing me complaint # 7695 on 27th May 2009 (Rectified with in 5 working days).
Nothing has been done by MTNL so far.
Even contacting Public Grievance Cell of MTNL on 23356666 and[protected]fax) has not yielded any positive response from MTNL.
Can anyone help?
