am broadband user o[censored]nlimited plan599/rs per month.in my residence line became fault. my complain number is 1014 on dated 21 july 2009 and was short out on 04.07.2009 company gave me full month bill without reduction of rebate(due to fault and unavailable service for 15 days by mtnl delhi ) from my monthly bill. My telephone number is 26122174. The bills are regularly paid through CITI BANK. In January 2010 my telephone was disconnected without reasoning/intimating. On inquiry it was told that some amount is outstanting, however after informing that i m paying bill amount regularly the officials were satisfied and the phone was connected.
Yesterday i.e. on 18.02.2010 the telephone has again been disconnected. we contacted on the following numbers :(i) 2410487, (ii[protected], (iii[protected] & (iv) [protected], however no satisfactory reply is given. Our bill dt. 13.01.2010 & dt.13.02.2010 is showing outstanding bills as under:-

[protected] 13.01.2004 Rs.3, 284/- Rs.3, 354/-
[protected] 13.01.2004 Rs.1, 379/- Rs, 1, 419/-
Firstly it is not understood how two bill for the same date has been raised. Secondly since Jan 2004 it was never informed that any amount is outstanding and now without any intimation the telephone has been disconnected.
You are requested to look into the matter and connect the telephone.
