Respected Sir/Madam I AM A USER OF MTNL BROADBAND, the internet gets disconnected after a while, its been two months we are facing this problem and nobody is ready to solve it. This is to bring to your notice that i am really facing lot of problem with MTNL BROAD BAND SERVICES and its customer care executives specially Manish Kumar who was so rude and made me hold for so long and was giving me the reasons like our details doesn't exist, this much is the usage. I had been complaining since 2 months that the interest gets disconnected after a while. Nobody is paying attention to it. I am a student who has to work on internet a lot. I am really facing problems. You may check the records of the number[protected] SANJAY BANSAL. My complaint number which i am given is 8126 on 17 july and on 19 july as well. Agreed. I have been using MTNL services for almost a year now and not even a single day in the past one year, I have had absolutely smooth connection...At times the download speed goes down to bytes and most of the time the 'adsl' link is flashing, indicating that the internet is not working.
I have made atleast 100 of complaints to the call center but each time I follow up, the call center says that the issue is appearing as closed. The problem is that where I stay, MTNL is the only ISP, making a total monopoly. I wish I could take some action against them...

MTNL broadband Services — FREQUENT BREAKS AND INTERRUPTION IN BROADBAND SERVICES FOR LAST TWO MONTHS
Respected sir,1. I am a broad band user under my phone No. 26146678 and CA No. [protected]. I have a land line only incoming plan for
Rs 125/- and a Rs 399/- plan for 700 MB.
2. I personally met GM BCP, on 02 Aug 08 and made him aware about my following ongoing problems :-
(a) Frequent breaks/interruptions in my broad band
service, even after each 2 minutes, for the last two
months.
(b) Not been provided toll free No 1504 and others, to
complain about my broad band problems.
(c) Spellings of my name have been written incorrectly in
my account, causing my inability to produce my internet
bill as address proof and problems in getting my refunds
back, on disconnection of my services
3. He assured me to look after the above mentioned problems personally and get those rectified soon but sorry to say that nothing concrete has been done to rectify any of the said problem. Frequent breaks/interruptions are still there. I have not yet been provided toll free No. 1504 and others, to complain about broad band services
4. May I still have any hope to get redress of my said problems or face the same for indefinite period and curse my fate only.
