My telephone no. is 27550359, and CA no. is [protected]. My broadband connection was installed on 19.7.09, via wi-fi modem no. HG520. The signal is excellent, and the connectivity is there. But it has not been working since then. I have made repeated complaints on helpline no. 1504. My first complaint was on 20.7.09, and some of the complaint nos. are 8925, 2327, 8093. After that I have been daily making complaints on 1504.Everytime a customer care executive tells me to change this or that setting in the laptop. The broadband connections starts but for only few minutes. Everytime a site is to be opened, it shows “cannot find server’. Even if it starts, it is frequently disconnected after every few seconds.
I have once complained to the Area Manager, and after that to the GM on 27.7.09. Still the problem is there.
I had thought that MTNL service was the best for broadband, but may be I was wrong. If the broadband connection cannot be restored and the complaint cannot be rectified, then why should I be paying the charges.
