Sir,

I have applied for this connection two months back as per details mentioned above.

My mother and I have called up at least 2 dozen times to check on the status of the connection.

However till date we havent received a proper response. Request you to look into the matter and either issue the connection or refund our booking amount.

Dear Sir,

We have applied for MTNL Telephone connection with Broadband and Fax facility to one of your distributor "Distance Telecom", No. 84 A, Ground Floor, DDA Bldg, Mata Sundari Rd, New Delhi - 110002. They have collected our application on 21st August 2009 and still the connection has not be provided to us.

Please do the needful at the earliest.
