[Resolved] MTNL Delhi — No broadband and replacement for modem for 3 weeks

I have been complaining to MTNL technical support IVR and tehnical support service for the last 3 weeks regarding my internet not workin. I have been told by all the technical support agents that my broadband modem needs to be replaced. I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks now and have received a few calls from the technical support advising me that the modem would be replaced today and tommorow and the next day and this has been happening for the last 1 week. Till date no one has come over to replace the modem. I had called a few times more and i was told that this has been escalated as an urgent request but till date no one has come over to replace the modem. I have been doing the payment for MTNL and Broad band service on time but after this last payment i would not be doing the payment for the broadband service for the next month as my internet was not working. I have also escalated this matter to the MTNL office in Green park and no response from anyone so far. What can i do? Please help. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

My telephone number is[protected]. I have taken MTNL broadband connection around 50 days back. But I never got my broadband connectivity through. Though I got the phone line working for 2/3 day then it also went dead.

Next day I log the complaint with MTNL but till date I didn't receive got action on that complaint it's more that 45 days in similar state. The complaint no I logged is 41100051. I follow up on the complaint number many time but didn't get any response till Date. Upon follow up I got the reference number 23356666 and they assure that from lineman will visit my place no one came.

I will be grateful if you look into this matter

Respected Sir,

I'm Naveen Kumar s/o Sh. Shishu Pal. my Land Line Tele Phon Number's[protected], sir I have been facing the internet problem since 2 and half months my Brodaband connection is not working. Actully cnt show ADSL Light, and I have registered the complaint for this many time in 1504 or 198 but there is no respone. my previous compliant numbers's 64100579/ 1499/1455/1664 and 64100138. But MTNL didn't take any action against it.
I don't know why these people are so lazy that they even don't care about people's problems.

Please help me in this concern, if you can.
