[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi Land Line & Broadband — Frequent disconnection

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Telephone No.[protected] with broadband Connection frequently disconnecting due to connection point disturbed as road crossing since 06.10.2011.
I had make several requests to the department by telephone/ Voice complaint/ e-mails since then but till date no person ware taken action.
I have not any complaint as Complaint no.198 / 27612198 is not taking complaint and a recorded response "DUE NO CONNECTION WITH COMPUTER YOUR COMPLAINT CAN NOT BE REGISTERED" is being told.

I had also made several emails to the authority but all in vein. Some evidence of E-mail are as under:

The piosition is still pending and not working as connection is being showing with high noise, yesterday any person called from mtnl but no body has visited till now.

Your greivance regarding Telephone/Telcom Service faulty Complaintof Tel. No.27617164 has been registered under Docket No GM (N)/ ED No.212 dated 17/10/2011. The matter has been forwaded to concerned unit and is receiving attention.

Please tell where a consumer shoud go for getting proper service from MTNL delhi.

On Calling at 1500, 1503, 1504 got response to call on 197 or 198 ;
when calling to 197 or 198, the tells that
"due to non connectivity to computer you complaint can not be registered please call to 27612198 ;
where got same response".

When calling to loacal Exchange Burari (Delhi-110084) they tells to call on above phone.

I had also made several mails to MTNL Authorities but all in vein.

Tell me where should i go for getting my phone intact.

My Landline Phone No.27617164 with Broadband connection is not working since 6th Oct,2011 for which I am trying to make complaint on 198 or on 27612198 but response is that" DUE TO COMPUTER CONNECTIVITY YOR COMPLAINT CAN NOT BE MADE".
The same problem was in previous week but after makin e-mail to you, get repaired. Your technicians told that the wire is required to replace which will be only from the Order of Loacal Head,
Therefore you are requested to get my phone repaired at the earliest.
