[Resolved]  MTNL Dolphin — non working of roam network

as i had intimated vide complaint no.13000047 dated 13/03/2009 & subsequent complaint
the roam network complaint have not been set right yet.
once again i would request you to kindly look into the matter immediately so as to enable my roam network communication to my officials during exigency.

this is to bring to your kind notice that i have been complaining that I'm unable to make/recived
calls on my cell phone as i am in roam in Nasik(Maharashtra) & Mumbai, despite that it is all in vain.
as informed by mtnl i tried #002# i but this has not been accessed any network yet vide complaint no. 13000047 dated 13/03/2009 & 12700022 dated 17/03/2009.
kindly look into the matter immediatly, as the tlephone department is loosing the revenue
& also inconvenience caused by your valued customer pls.
