I suggest you file complaint under TELECOM CONSUMERS PROTECTION AND REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCES REGULATIONS, 2007 with the NODAL OFFICER.

If the Nodal Officer does resolve the issue within 10 days than file appeal with APPELLATE AUTHORITY.

Unsubscription of Wap service
I am a user of mtnl dolphin user, mobile no [protected]. I had cosed gprs since December 2009 However, my money cut Rs. 90/- every month since January 2010 Total deducted amount Rs.270/- and I got a message from[protected] saying that "Thanks 4 subscribing to Unlimited Pack. Your total cost is Rs. 270/- was deducted from my balance. As told by the Dolphin customer care executive I sent a SMS as "UNSUB Unlimited Pack" to[protected] but response received is Unknown Keyword and again a balance of Rs. 90/- was deducted. Please total refund my balance Rs. 270/- which got deducted for the Unsub message as per the instruction of Dolphin Customer care and deactivate this service from my no. Every month total unsubscription of wap service rs 270/-.

MTNL — unsubscription of wap service

i want to unsubscribe wap service, due to which my mobile service provider co. deduct amount of rs 30 PM. This wap service send me daily one msg. of ".... your model of the day". So i don't want this service.my mobile no [protected]
